    If the elector signed an oath to vote the way of the voters of Texas, shouldn’t he be disqualified automatically or his vote counted for Trump regardless of what he does?

    you need a court order preventing him from voting in the electoral college

    he signed a pledge, which is a contract between him and TX GOP

    With respect, a pledge is not a contract. It lacks consideration or any provision for breach.

    consideration was selecting to be an elector. Without a pledge these people would not have been selected electors, would not have this historical honor
