Will Hillary and John Podesta be indicted by the FBI for insider trading based on Podesta’s purchase of 75,000 shares of Uranium 1, Russian subsidiary, which purchased a share of US uranium mines?

What is the problem with Uranium 1? It is a Russian subsidiary company, which sought purchase of a sizable share of the US uranium mines. Uranium is an element used in production of nuclear bombs. It is a strategic resource. So, one would think that it would not be allowed to be purchased. Uranium 1 sought an approval by Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State at a time. Clinton approved it.
Currently there is an FBI investigation into Clinton Foundation and possible indictment of Hillary Clinton for public corruption. Among issues raised is the aforementioned deal, as Uranium 1 donated 145 million to Clinton foundation on top of half a million speaking fee to Bill Clinton.
However, I am wondering if FBI is overlooking one more possible indictment: insider trading. Do you recall Martha Stewart case. A well known TV personality, Martha Stewart, went to prison for lying to the FBI in insider trading case. She was a tipee. Her friend, I think her former boyfriend, gave her a tip on which she traded shares.
So, here is my question: did Hillary Clinton give John Podesta a tip, an advance notice that Uranium 1 deal will be approved by her, and Podesta bought Uranium 1 shares based on that tip? Did he transfer 75,000 to his daughter to cover insider trading?
Remember, Al Capone did not go to prison for murder, he went to prison for tax evasion.

Uranium One acquired a 50% interest in the Akbastau joint venture, which owns the Akbastau Mine, as well as a 49.67% interest in the Zarechnoye joint venture which owns the Zarechnoye Mine and the South Zarechnoye Project. It owns 100% of the Willow Creek Project and has development projects in the Powder River and Great Divide Basins in Wyoming. In Australia, it owns a 100% interest in the Honeymoon Uranium Project.

Is FBI Director James Comey the same James Comey who brought the charges against Martha Stewart – and will he now let Podesta off the hook?

Podesta’s 75,000 shares were not in UraniumOne. His stock was in Joule Unlimited,a Massachusetts energy corporation.

They should be indicted of course but since a conservative has been found guilty of the same offense many times the liberals are free to do it with impunity. You know how that goes I’m sure.
