Who owns the land allocated for the North American Union Superhighway?

Posted on | May 19, 2009 | 19 Comments

Do you recall this idea of super highway from Mexico to Canada, as the first step  for the North American Union. Does anyone have an area map of the project? Part of it goes through the wilderness. There was some land purchase related to nature preserve. I recall that one of the first bills past by the Obama administration had to do with the Nature preserves. Can anyone check the ownership of the land, particularly large tracks of land, where superhighway is supposed to go. I’ve got my hunch, but I really need docs for that. Can someone get them?

In part, most likely the biggest part will be owned by ‘tax payers’ how does this sound.
“The TTC project at full development will involve the removal of as much as 584,000 acres of productive Texas farm and ranch land.” TTC = a link in the North American Union Superhighway. It would be easy to assume other states involved would be similar.

I don’t have the answer about Nature Preserves but it will probably be easier to come by than private land confiscation. If one lets their imagination drift a little, could this be the Highway Improvement projects the ‘Stimulus’ (read tax payers) money is headed for? I don’t know, to much smoke and mirrors, and slight of hand! You can bet the ‘players’ have bought up as much of the corridor as they can in each state.

    Orly,
That project was killed by citizens in several of the key states, the last state to drive a stake in its heart was texas last year, the citizens of texas
voted 90% no and killed the highway in their state, here in colorado we called it the super slab project and we killed it almost 4 years ago, the powers that be have publically stated they could care less what the citizens
have voted, they will do it one way or the other…these are mean and dangerous people, ostensibly..the drug cartels are behind this, they want to run their stuff up highways so they dont have to tolerate small town american cops constantly busting their drug shippments. AS FOR YOUR REQUEST.. THERE ARE MANY STATES INVOLVED IN THE CONCEPT, SO YOU WOULD NEED TO SPECIFY WHICH IF ANY, STATES YOU ARE FOCUSING ON. THERE WAS A NATURE PRESERVE IN COLORADO THAT WAS IN THE WAY AT ONE POINT. TELL US MORE SPECIFICALLY WHAT STATE YOUR INTERESTED IN… ON ANOTHER NOTE…RECENTLY YOU WANTED THE RULES AND LAWS FROM BACK IN HAWAII DURING THE PERIOD DIRTBAMA WAS BORN… YOU NEED TO FILE A FREEDOM OF INFOMATION ACT REQUEST WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII TO GET THOSE..
THAT WAY YOU KNOW WHAT YOU GET IS THE REAL DEAL… PAUL REVERE 09, THIRD MILLENNIUM WARRIOR

ALSO, TO YOUR QUESTION WHO OWNS THE LANDS, 98% OF IT IS PRIVATE CITIZEN OWNED, EVEN WHEN SOME PRESERVES ARE IN THE WAY THEY ARE ON PRIVATE LANDS.

The Massive “NAFTA” Superhighway remains silent, although very much alive. It will run from Mexico to Canada.

Bush, et al, formed the SPP under Trade which allowed it to proceed without congressional approval.

The Chinese are building a gigantic port in Mexico, the superhighway will be used to transport the goods shipped to the their port in Mexico.

Mexico has been given approval for a customs station in Kansas City.

Basically, it will put our port workers and a large majority of truckers out of work or business while giving jobs to lower wage workers below the border.

The battle has been extremely fierce in Texas especially by farmers who will be losing their land and/or having the highway running through their farms.

You can find some info and the map on this link, you can find so much info by searching SPP or Nafta Superhighway

    https://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=https://willyloman.files.wordpress.com/2008/12/nafta-map-big1.jpg&imgrefurl=https://willyloman.wordpress.com/2008/12/09/will-obamas-jobs-bill-build-the-nafta-superhighway/&h=553&w=740&sz=80&tbnid=Edo2UM_wxK0t1M::&tbnh=105&tbnw=141&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dsuperhighway&usg=__fnxlAsLEJr5S75EQL0tQasw1_vY=&ei=M58TSrDQM8G6mQf6iaT3Aw&sa=X&oi=image_result&resnum=7&ct=image

When you look at the map you will see that many people will be losing their homes, businesses, etc. to accommodate this project which will only harme the country further.

Paul Revere….it was not killed. It is alive and well in Texas, and other states along the path of the corridor. The citizens are quickly losing the ground they gained 4 years ago with some kind of Sunset Clause. It has expired, or set to expire soon.

    ORLY:
Jerome Corsi, a contributing writer to World Net Daily, wrote a book about it; “The Late Great U.S.A.” He has lots of info on it. Also, Alex Jones in Austin Texas @www.infowars.com or http://www.prisonplanet.com was VERY instrumental in getting the movement in Texas stopped.

PER JEROME CORSI’S BOOK: A company in Spain called Cintra Concesiones de Intraestructuras de Transporte, A.A., publicly listed and headquartered in Spain, and a San Antonio based construction companuy, Zachry Construction Corp. are deeply involved in The NAFTA Superhighway project.

Also involved, the Madrid-based construction company Groupo Ferrovial, Spain’s largest builder, is in control of Cintra. Grupo Ferrovial manages airports in Australia, Chile, and the U.K. as well as toll roads in Sprin, Portugal, Canada, Chile, Ireland, and the U.S. Cintra would build the roadways AND collect the tolls in Texas (at least).

Try this for info in Texas on it.

    Travel infrastructure deal

Spanish construction company Grupo Ferrovial SA, back by a consortium of equity groups from as far abroad as Canada and Singapore, says it has agreed to buy British-based airport operator BAA PLC in another example of the consolidation of travel and transport services worldwide. The deal is for around $19 billion, after a four month hostile bid process. The company outbid US-based equity funs Goldman Sachs Group.

BAA, which calls itself “the world’s leading airport company,” owns some of world’s biggest airports. It owns the big London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted), as well as four those in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, and Southampton. In other airports, it manages specific areas as security, airport shops, restaurants, engineering, parking and other areas. It manages major parts of US airports In Boston, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Indianapolis; in Italy at Naples; in Hungary at Budapest; and in Australia at Melbourne and Perth, as well as four smaller airports.

Ferrovial is involved in many areas of transportation infrastructure. While strong in Spain, it has also expanded beyond its borders. In 200 it acquired Budimex, Poland’s #1 construction company. In 2005, it bought Texas’s #3 construction company Webber. In the last year it has been engaged in building roads, bridges, sewer systems, airport buildings, rail lines, and canals, as well as residences.

The company is one of the largest Spanish homebuilders. It also has a major presence in Spanish real estate sales.

It has a big role in municipal services, including waste treatment, trash collection, and grounds maintenance, along with local road maintenance. The services division is growing in both Spain and the UK and is looking at the SU market.

Ferrovial runs a toll road and parking management business through its Cintra subsidiary. The company operates tolls road in Spain, Ireland and Italy, and also won a long-term contract to run the Chicago Toll Road and the Indiana Turnpike in the US. It also manages a handful of airports in the UK, Chile, Portugal, and Australia (a good fit with BAA).

The merger is part of a movement of international consolidation of the kind of services dealing with crucial domestic infrastructure that used to be in the public sector or done by hiring local contractors. It’s closely related to the international consolidation of water, electric, and gas, along with port management and toll roads

Eta plants bomb near Ferrovial Madrid office

Basque separatist group targets firm building train link through region

Basque separatist group Eta has planted a car bomb near the Madrid offices of BAA owners Ferrovial.

Authorities were able to evacuate the area and nobody was injured.

The Spanish infrastructure group, which owns Heathrow and Gatwick airports, was targeted because it is building part of a high-speed train link through the Basque Country that joins Spain and France. Eta sees the link as an imposition on the region by the Spanish and French governments.

In December, Eta shot dead Ignacio Uría, the owner of a construction company working on the rail link.

    Orly,
You are aware that Jerome Corsi traveled to Kenya prior to the election on the birth certificate issue, aren’t you? I guess he dropped his pursuit of this issue after falling ill while unlawfully detained there. I’m sure he gave you the run down on both the B.C. issue and the NAFTA Superhighway.

Talk about a ‘Mover & Shaker’ positioning his company to take advantage of the NAFTA and not only in Texas. The little man in big boots & Jr. All they need is the Super-Highway leading in and out!

If I read this correctly this company reaps the tolls generated from the TTC and more for their efforts.

In the United States, Cintra is strategic partner of the State of Texas in the design and planning of the Trans-Texas Corridor.

Part of that land is the Yearning for Zion ranch that they stole the 400 kids from. They gave them back when the fact of them being on this corridor began to be loudly announced.
