Come on with your citizens arrest though. You’d better bring LOTS and LOTS of guns and help because someone will be going down and with my background and protection I’m certain it won’t be me.

    While there is most definately an intimadating and forwardly aggressive posturing in how and what this person is saying, this is a public/private blog and while the rules for hollering ”fire” in a theater are consquencial, hollering ”fire” on a blog may not have the same outcome.
    Even though there are laws in place suggesting and stating that this type of behavior is ill-legal.

    In almost every instance police agencies from the fed to local cities, with very rare excection, ever PREVENT ANY CRIME FROM OCCURRING.
    I can tell you this from a personal experience, as a business owner, I had one heck of a time convincing the local police that a very digruntled employee was threatening myself, my family, both personal and business property after an ugly discharge.

    After many phone calls, video tapes and audio tapes of this person, I finally got a judge to sign a Personal and Property Restraining Order. The only way this person was ever convicted was that he was caught in violation of this Order. Up and until then it was all hear-say.

    It was a darn good thing nobody got hurt or worse, then what…. Like I said police are there to ”serve & protect”
    Although I am not always sure exactly who they serve & protect, preventing crimes they do not.
    Now not even being close to qualifying as a student of the law, I can say, document everything and then take this person to court and find out what the heck is their problem.
    Bullies, have a very deep seeded egoic disturbance. As most of us are aware, this ego has an insacious appettite which can never be filled. So……DON’T FEED INTO THIS FRENZY.
    But do not starve yourself of full protection both physically and legally.

    From what I am able to detect, this person is either a helper or humter. By that I mean, he is pushing you to your limits like a coach would push a good athlete in a helper mode.

    Or, this person is a hunter, in which he is actually stalking you in a very direct way, and seeing just how close he can get for whatever means suits him.
    Since you do not need coaching I would suggest the latter. Which means, at this point his bully posturing is imited to cyber confrontations.

    You are quite intelligent enough to see that his own worst enemy is himself, as he is in reality his own victim, as he does not truly know what you are caple of.

    There is a Chinese saying, that…” in the West they drum and bang when hunting a tiger. In the East we wait as if we were prey, and allow the tiger to come to us.”

    In my limited and small way I had no choice but to be the prey. But I waited knowing I would capture the moment.

    You have much more legal and resource skills than I, so capturing this ”tiger” is only a matter of your choosing where and when that time is.

    P>S> The tiger is always more comfortable in its own territory and because of a ‘comfort-zone’ effect,it is more prone to mistakes and weakness. It’s relaxed temperment and off guard attittde will be to your advantage. One last thing, never skin a tiger for its pelt, it is against the law.

    Take heart, this little keyboard ninja HAS gotten noticed by the last Organizatio he wants to be involved with, That little baby Proxie he’s behind, and that immature bravado is a dead iveaway that he is
    1. a Junoir High totty that is playing on his little sister’s PC whie sh is at Church.
    2. He’s actually scared poopless that he’s gone too far.
    And he HAS gone too far.
    All I can say at this time is, he had better be hoping there is NO ONE in the house that has an outstanding warrant when this goes down, and that his Daddy isn’t too mad when the family loses their ISP and can’t even look at a PC at home for 1-3 years. And that is the LEAST of the problems in store for this little tardo.

    If what others say on this blog is true, if you can get this guy,then do it. Otherwise, if he doesn’t physically try to harm you or your family, ignore him. You have bigger fish to fry. You can always get back to him later.
