    While America may not be a racist nation, there is a very large proportion of Americans who are racist. There is also a long and continuing tradition of suppressing the black vote.

    Now let’s get on the numbers here…

    How is it that the local is the problem in the area and not fully more than 28%?

    That’s not a full notice of the minority!

    based on what do you state that a large proportion is racist? We elected a black president, black vice president and many black leaders in different spheres of life. There is no proof that a large proportion of Americans are racist
