Ordered, That following Leader remarks on Monday, February 24, 2020, the Senate proceed to
executive session and resume consideration of the nomination of Robert Anthony Molloy, of the Virgin Islands,
to be Judge for the District Court of the Virgin Islands for a term of ten years.
Ordered further, That at 5:30 p.m., notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, the cloture motions on
the following nominations ripen:
Robert Anthony Molloy, of the Virgin Islands, to be Judge for the District Court of the Virgin Islands
for a term of ten years;
Silvia Carreno-Coll, of Puerto Rico, to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico;
Katharine MacGregor, of Pennsylvania, to be Deputy Secretary of the Interior; and
Travis Greaves, of the District of Columbia, to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court for a term of
fifteen years.
