   We will see if Judge Hanen turns out to be the honest judge he seems to be. Since one of his court clerk toyed with the docket and is most probably working for the NSA or FBI to sabotage your case, Judge Hanen had an ethical duty to recuse himself and let a different judge handle the case who does not know the miscreant clerk.

   no, obot. I know you would like to see another judge, however Judge Hanen did not know of tampering and there is no reason for him to recuse himself.

   Also, I found a copy of Cedar Rapids, Iowa Gazette, Section (1B), this past Sunday, Sept. 14th, 2014, on the first page, that discusses how (private armed citizens are helping to secure the U.S. border by force)!

   I constantly get letters from Jim DiMint’s conservative group, Heritage, asking for money. I take their postage paid envelope and fill it with your information about this and other cases and send it back to them. I also tell them NO money until they start getting onboard.
