US attorney in Texas should file criminal charges against Democrats who defame ICE officers and incite violence against them, such as an attack that happened in Texas today. They should indict Gavin Newsom, other Dem governors and mayors and members of the media who called ICE agents fascists and claimed that they “disappear people”. They should charge them under 18 U.S. Code § 245 – Federally protected activities, as well as other related statutes

    There is no incitement, criticism is protected speech and done by politicians in both parties, and people in ICE detention do usually disappear for several days.
