Today Attorney Orly Taitz received a letter from the office of the Inspector General of the Department of Treasury. The response was dated June 19, but the envelope showed July 22 and was received on July 30th. The response stated that the FOIA request did not warrant a fee waiver, though Attorney Taitz did not request a fee waiver. Analyst Monica Frye was contacted. She stated that it was sent because there was a potential request for a fee waiver, however the answer to the FOIA is forthcoming and the target date is August 19th.
A response is being sent as attached letter states that the FOIA request does not qualify for a fee waiver as the disclosure of the records requested does not contribute significantly to the public understanding of government operations and activities.
Attorney Taitz would like to know how this request does not qualify, as it shows that Barack Obama, occupying the position of the President of the United States, used in his 2009 tax returns a Social Security number, which was never assigned to him. A criminal complaint was filed. A disclosure will definitely help and contribute significantly to the understanding how the government works. How can we have a situation that a person with a stolen Social security number accupies the position of the U.S. P{resident? Who is responsible for this cover up? Who is committing treason against the United States of America? What are the names of the officials in the Department of treasury who are involved in the cover up? What action was taken by the Inspector General to prosecute Mr. Obama for occupying the position of the U.S. President while using a stolen Social Security number, as well as prosecuting the officials of the Department of Treasury? Did the Inspector General of the Department of Treasury file a criminal complaint against Mr. Obama and off
icials responsible for the cover up. If not, why wasn’t the complaint filed?

In your FOIA request dated May 30, 2013 to the Postal Inspector General, you addressed copies to Darrel Issa and John Goodlatte. Were they also sent the accompanying exhibits of forgery and Jeffrey Stephen affidavit, and did either reply or contact you? Do you believe either is even aware of the court filing?

Orly: it looks like “stall-city” with these people! It wouldn’t take that long to make a decision on most anything!
And this is another example of the treason that Obama and others are using to keep from allowing the public to learn of the now activity!
