I am submitting a reply to the opposition by Mr. Obama in my DC case. I will simultaneously submit my opposition to his motion and first amended complaint.

In order to move things along I put the $2,600 fee on my credit card. I got all the forms and will need a minimum of 65, maximum 100 nominating signatures. I got 35 signatures within an hour during OCWRF lunch.

I recorded a TV show “Out and about in Orange County”, talking about my case and my run for the office of secretary of State.

I did not hear back from the campaign manager of the football player Damon Dunn, who announced his desire to run as a Republican candidate for the office of Secretary of State.(SOS). I did get information that Mr. Dunn has registered as a Democrat some 10 years ago and didn’t vote until a special election in  May of last year, when he registered as a Republican. One can run for office from a certain party only if he was registered with that party for over a year, which does not appear to be the case with Mr. Dunn. I need a couple of volunteers to visit the county registrar and double check those facts. If this information checks out, it needs to be brought to the attention of the registrarar of voters and office of the SOS, as it appears he will not be eligible to run(if this checks out).

    Great news Orly. When did you expect to file it?

    Glad to hear you’re running for CA SOS. When you are elected will your first order of business be to file a suit against Obama to get him out of office if the quo warranto fails?

    Dear Orly:…THAT WAS A GREAT IDEA–SPEEDING UP THE PAYING FOR THE FEE TO FILE! Sorry that there wasn’t more time for your supporters to get $$ to you quicker! But I have sent a check and wrote for the: Secretary of State…at the top and sent it to the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation address. So it looks like you’re GOOD TO GO THERE GIRL…so I hope you teach the present S.O.S the lesson she deserves! And you did great to check Dunn out for the eligibility to run! I had a feeling that it was worth a try to check on this! Cause this was just a little too convenient for him to come out of nowhere and suddenly want to run against you as a (R)! He would just try to take votes away from you! The Obama people will stop at almost nothing to protect himself. That’s what happens when a person is (on high) and he finds that he future is starting to get a little murky, due to his being ILLEGAL!!!! LOL! It’s just a matter of time! Also, looks like you have the minimum (65) already?? Church would be a great place to pick up the rest of the signatures, huh? It looks like you’re going to do it!!! I love it!!!! And Orly, make sure that all signatures are VERIFIABLE!!! So get a few extras, just to make sure! Cause you don’t know whom (ALL) the people are that signed so far, or do you?
