Tyler Robinson, the killer of Charlie Kirk, was radicalized at UVU where he studied before dropping out and on line. We have to end this radicalization. There should be civil and criminal actions against the professors and members of the media, who incite this violence

Tyler Robinson: Background on the Suspect in the Charlie Kirk ShootingTyler Robinson, the 22-year-old Utah resident identified as the suspect in the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University, has a background rooted in a conservative, religious family. Below is a summary of the key details based on available information from authorities, family statements, and public records. Note that investigations are ongoing, and some aspects (like motive) remain unclear.
OccupationTyler Robinson was a college student and did not appear to have a full-time job or established career. He had recently dropped out of college after receiving a scholarship, according to family and friends. Prior to this, he lived with his family in Washington County, Utah, in what has been described as a comfortable, upper-middle-class household (noted as a “mansion” in some social media discussions, though unverified). His father, Matt Robinson, is a former police officer and current Christian minister, while his mother, Amber Robinson, works as a social worker. There are no reports of Tyler holding employment, but he was involved in family activities, including gun-related hobbies from a young age (e.g., receiving a gun kit for Christmas and training starting at age 12).EducationYes, Tyler attended college but did not graduate. He enrolled at Utah Valley University (UVU) on a scholarship as a straight-A student, studying an unspecified major. However, he dropped out sometime after starting, amid reports of radicalization influenced by campus activities and online exposure (e.g., Antifa-related content and anti-conservative views). Before college, he graduated high school and was described as a “good kid” with strong academic performance. Authorities confirmed he was not an active UVU student at the time of the shooting.

There are no radical professors at UVU, which is super-Mormon. So who gets sued? And if the target is the media then there are plenty of conservative outlets that openly encourage violence, so do they get sued?
