   Since the signing of the Constitution, the states agreed that immigration was going to be the responsibility of the federal government (Congress), and any state who joined the Union after the signing, joined knowing this and have accepted it. Therefore any Governor, Mayor, or City Council who declares a city or state a Sanctuary for illegal aliens are violating the law, the Constitution and are committing treason. These douche bags need to be indicted and charged accordingly and sent to prison. I guarantee that when the first one goes to jail the rest will change their tune.
