Trump appointee, Kenneth Lee, was confirmed today to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is the 5th Trump appointee on the 9th Circuit and 106th Trump appointed judge overall. Another Trump appointee, Daniel Collins is expected to be confirmed to the 9th Circuit tomorrow
