this really cracks me up!

In his affidavit Onaka is saying that he should not be liable because he acted in his official capacity, also it will be burdensome for him to travel to trial in MS, as it will take him away from his official capacity

1. Someone needs to explain to him that his official capacity, is to certify genuine documents, not flagrant forgeries

2. If he feels that his official cpacity, is to certify forgeries, than maybe he should attend trial in MS and be away from his official capacity for as long as possible, prefarably for good.

Can you imagine what a mess it it is there in Hi, how many forgeries, like Obama’ were certified by Onaka?

    That’s Great,

    If Onaka is NOT responsible because he was acting in an Official Capacity, that means that the State of Hawaii is responsible for his (Onaka) CRIMINAL WRONG DOING IN THIS MATTER.

    Onaka covered his crack with his stamp stating that he is certifying that this is a TXE “TXE” enriched text file not a copy of the original. Onaka knows exactly what he is doing and he has the whole State of Hawaii behind him. We only want to see the original birth certificate but Hawaii State law now allows TXE copies to be the original even when the original had to be created before TXE was the law. TXE is the law now in Hawaii.

    Official capacity?

    Is that like an honorable position? One that requires an answer like, did you certify the BC that is listed on the WH website, and if so, if this were the exact copy of the document you certified?

    Botton line is, his official capacity is to defend that notarization that he provided for the State of HI. It is also his official duty to defend that notarization by confirming if it were affixed to a forged document. Either way, he failed to perform in his official capacity.

    “.txe” is a file format. It is not the original document on file in the DoH, but it could be an abstract of the information contained on the original document. If it were an abstract, the signatures would not be on it, as that would constitute a forgery, it would have a confirmation “/s/” and the name who signed the original document.

    In addition to that, the .txe file would be all in the same font, of the same font family, and NOT on a health departments original BC paper background, as it would only be an abstract, which in a .txe format. It would “NOT” appear to be a photo copy, with lines curved on the border to create an immage of an actual photo copy of a document from the official register.

    So your theory that the onaka stamp describes an abstract .txe file flies in the face of the truth Larry.

    JS and Dr Taitz, if the State of Hawaii passes a law to go digital then the form/record created by them is the original. You can’t have it both ways. copy of an original non TXE record such as old birth certificates created before the new law or new TXE records such as all birth records from the date of the law. Of course we want to see the original before digital records became the law but Hawaii law doesn’t require that anymore. The law protects the people who in this case are hiding the original. It is wrong and easy to see it is wrong but Hawaii passed a law trying to make it the right way.
