Retired general, lieutenant colonel join reservist’s lawsuit over Obama’s birth status

Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook filed the suit July 8 in federal court here asking for conscientious objector status and a preliminary injunction based upon his belief that President Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as president of the United States and commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces.
However, before the issue got to court, Cook’s orders to deploy to Afghanistan were revoked. Lt. Col. Maria Quon, a public affairs officer with the U.S. Army Human Resources Command-St. Louis, said Tuesday that Cook was no longer expected to report Wednesday to MacDill Air Force Base in Florida for mobilization to active duty. Cook, who claims he is now the victim of retaliation due to his suit, received his mobilization orders to report for active duty at MacDill on Wednesday. From there, he was to go to Fort Benning on Saturday for deployment to Afghanistan.
Cook is an Individual Mobilization Augmentee. This means he’s a reserve soldier assigned to an active component unit consisting of active duty soldiers instead of a reserve unit, which is composed entirely of reserve soldiers. He is assigned to the U.S. Army Element of U.S. Southern Command.
Last week, Cook filed a request in federal court seeking a temporary restraining order and status as a conscientious objector represented by California attorney Orly Taitz.
The government, in its response to the suit, claims that Cook’s suit is “moot” in that he already has been told he doesn’t have to go to Afghanistan, so the relief he is seeking has been granted.
“The Commanding General of SOCCENT (U.S. Special Operations Central Command) has determined that he does not want the services of Major Cook, and has revoked his deployment orders,” the response states.
In a pleading revised after the revocation of Cook’s orders, Taitz argues that the application for preliminary injunction is not moot and that retired Maj. Gen. Carol Dean Childers and active U.S. Air Force reservist Lt. Col. David Earl Graeff have joined the suit “because it is a matter of unparalleled public interest and importance and because it is clearly a matter arising from issues of a recurring nature that will escape review unless the Court exercises its discretionary jurisdiction.”
Cook’s resubmitted Application for Preliminary Injunction is meant to encompass the possibility of Cook receiving future orders for deployment as well as to address and prevent “negative collateral consequences such as retaliation against Major Stefan Frederick Cook …”
As to the retaliation issue, the revised suit states Cook lost his job at Simtech Inc., a corporation that does Department of Defense contracting in the field of information technology/systems integration, because of the suit. It also states that Cook has been subjected to “gossip” from people who believed Cook was “manipulating his deployment orders to create a platform for political purposes.”
Taitz, who has challenged the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency in other courts, filed the original suit with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Two similar suits have previously been thrown out of federal court.
In the filing, Cook states he “would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command. … simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties.”
A hearing to discuss Cook’s requests is scheduled to take place in federal court here this morning at 9:30 a.m.

Here Orly’s tack is clear and was manifest in encoraging soldiers to file a–368 ( may have the numbers wrong).
Effectively in terns of a broad lay over view the military gauntlet is being dropped and well it should if Barry Soetoro is a traitor fraud in office under false pretense. The military pride themselves in truth and honor– they are our vangarde and fire bullets to protect us and have to dodge bullets that attacjk us. Effectively, and orly well knows this, they are the side arm of america.
As rigid and authgroitarian – of necessity of course– as th military is and must be to conduct offense and defense with deadly weapons in the use of which they are experts, it does not surprise that certain elements are growing restive under a chain of command that has as its commander in chief a fake, phony, fraud, traitor. The indications are clear most especially to those in uniform in a very closed and tight system of activity. It is as if a strong and powerful linked militray chain of command is hanging off frayed and thin civilan threads–and not a bad analogy if I say so myself.)
So, flexibility in matters of militray law ar just not there. You eiger are or are not a member of the militray fraternity. To introduce litigation outside the fold and off the beaten track of militray justice doies shake up the system internally such that you get the “moot” response comments, or the commander saying he does not want Cook’s services–this is typical military responses.
It is as if Orly and Cook have introduced a destructive internal virus into the military with this and other similar suits. Ultimately it will be a civilan court that is going to make a military decision for them.
I live near a big military base in Jacksonville, Florida and am hearing many disgruntled comments by returning Marines and Navy personnel as in enough random comments to give ba clear indication that orly’s efforts and the knowledge thereof is spreading handily among the active military.
Where is this going? Depends onn the numbers doesn’t it? Rememeber this is a professional military, committed no nonsense people into whose heads is being placed the thought that they may be serving at the pleasure of an illegal commander in chief, illegal because he is obviously ineligible–and has in fact defaulted as manifest in orly’s action before this stand up Judge Carter ( Bronze star and purple heart marine).
The Clintons desdained the military. Bush ran them into the ground, and Obama just does not rspect America in general, so what does he feel for the military? Well in the hysterical voice of one of his staff–in this case nepalitano- was worry and consternation that Timothy MvVeigh types of white soldiers extremists may be coming home to USA.. This is poaranoid behavior in this rascist hysterical and stupid admionistration already castigating and maligning their own military–as if they fear the military side arm may not long be holstered.
That is why it has occurred to me that in a militia confrontation with regular military one may not see the expected reaction under this usurpers administration. It is just a thought and cannot be proven until the moiment of truth wheein an armed militia is committed to standing its ground.
I have doubts about that occurring at the current state of organization .
Tea parties–tepid safe sign and verbal venting seem to be the order of the day for irate americans attempting to voice their concern over Chairman Obama’s communist government.
In my lay view in light of Orly representing Keyes and a host of military active and retired, plus separate cases, something soon will come to a head .I don’t know how long the legal nicities will restrain the HUN from accusing her clients of insurrection and or mutiny, and orly inciting to riot and rebellion. These are just a few scenarios flying about in my mind.
I am not entirely sure rightist and irate nationalist elements in this country have the mettle to confront in a stalwart and forceful manner an armed establishment representing a usurper with apparently unlimited funds to resist an uprising.
The other thing is that an uprising can voice vocal opposition as distinct from slinging arms -as is their right, – and I have a sense that organized rebellion against this usurper is a possibility but not en masse a probability.
Right now this usurper and his Goebbels like propaganda machine– the leftist press complicit- are pissing on the people’s legs and telling them that it is raining.
Thye remedy that orly seeks with her military clients in the courts-both militray and civilian may or may not be available. I equivocate because it is hard trfo read the mindset of a country that has a soft under belly girded by two massive oceans ( Out side the civil war, there never was a Coventry or dresden here, save a tiny smattering of horror on 911– tiny when compared to the fact that in 1941 England had her 911 every month, Belgrade in one night 16,000 dead in Nazi bombing, entire center of Coventry wiped out, 60,000 dead in one day in Leningrad, and 33,000 innocent jewish civilians slaughtered in two days of machine gun fire at Babi Yar. The Special task Force under Himmler accomplished this.
I think I made my point asd to the unpredicatbility of the american nature on the main land in the face of oppression under Chairman Obama.
That explains why there is almost these sedate tea parties to voice ire and opposition in lady like and gentlemanly fashion. The left press in addition to attacking this excellent all around wonderfu;l lady Sarah Palin, also characterizes the tea Party people as rightist nut cases and it goes on and on.
In this opinion, with double digit unemployment and bama using yet again his executive order privilege, he will legalize these federal felons here in the amount of 30,000,000 and that is when the USA will hemorage and rebelllion and insurrection will occur–similar to that mentioned eloquently by Keyes in a moment of pique–his comments always controlled and well put unlike another alleged afro american–he is mullato- Bama , who needs teleprompters at every turn..
To close I will say, orly’s militay legal gambit is like a sewriies of small wood wedges placed in the fissures of great boulders, water is added until these tiny wedges swell and split a great boulder at a demolition site.
I sense something big is going to happen and soon. If Hillary breaks away it is a sign of impending doom for obama in that he will be isolated and set apart from the power sructure that physically sustains him because the real folk in charge of this country, the american brahman wasps will notify obama’s arab backers and shariah banks to back off or else . nThat is as I see it with a retrospective peek into Hillary’s head via berg’s legal effort in the eligibility issue.
Berg attacks Orly because Hillary senses that dogged orly is moving obstacles in Hillary’s way. Orly is operating in dire straits with some pretty powerful people getting their collective noses tweeked by our Orly.
Judge Carter will become a key if not historical figure in the unraveling of Omama’s lies. I am just not to comfortable with the intimidating four lawyer presence from the Attorney General’s office–parties of interest? or intimidation.

It would certainly spark some action if more ACTIVE duty military officers refused orders due to Obama being a Usurper. This could force the issue of his legality if we had a couple of Generals and an Admiral or Two on the team that are active. Wow. That would be Great.

I know that this ex soldier would be fine with standing ground in support of a militia. After watching the “Patriot” again for the 10th time I sense there will be a revolt and the call to arms will be great. I don’t believe the regular Army will fire upon civilians. Those that do will be met with severe punishment. This thing could go either way.. so I preferr to be ready for the possibilities now.

I’d read both Orly’s case and the news accounts of same. The LA times story implies she is not truthful but Carter’s minutes of the 13th hearing read to me like Orly will get her day in court. Now we wait for the response by the BamaBots. Meanwhile it is important to read the case files on Keys and Cook as what is actually filed does not get reported. Apparently reporters like to write stories but do not like to do any research.

You appear to be a true patriot, worthy of recognition.
We were duped because of the 52% who were stupid enough
to be worthy of voting.
When this issue becomes more prevelant, the American people must rise
and not only voice their opinion, but must be ready , willing and able to fight for their constitution.

So much going on: my thoughts random as they maybe—-Walter Cronkite words describing him today-honor and integrity. By not reporting on this issue at all Obama illegal potus-by pretending it does not exist or hoping it will go away where is the honor, or integrity in this new media-are they under some kind of spell?, control? News is news just report the facts. Pravda and other foreign press are reporting on this issue and American newspapers can’t won’t. What’s up with that?
For those who think governments cannot hide things and hide them well- I just finished A Life in Secrets-Vera Atkins and the Missing Agents of WW2. After the war was over when the allies were looking for witnesses to Nazi atrocties for evidence to be used at the War Crimes Tribunals-Nuremberg and others. I was shocked to find out there were 300 concentration camps throughout Europe. I always wondered how the Nazis were able to murder 12 million people in such a short period of time-Sept 1, 1939 invasion of Poland thru June 6, 1944 (approx) since they started sooner and continued thru Hitler’s suicide.
Vera’s job with the OSS was to put allied agents into occupied France to fight with their underground saboutage units, to do their best to harrass the enemy (in no way could they confront them directly-no money, no material, no army) just resist the enemy and try to keep them at bay. Vera’s agents were very brave young men and women and she had to find out what had happened to them-to satisfy her mind. When the Nazi’s discovered the agents they were usually shot outright. The others were sent to concentration camps.
There is a first time for everything. Just because no one ever usurpered the presidency before doesn’t mean it could not happen and/or is happening now. There was a first murder (Cain and Abel), a first bank robbery, a first moon landing. There is always a first for everything.

Where are all of the talking heads from the Military? Where is Oliver North? Where does he stand ,on the ineligibility of Obama? Where is a statement from Gen. Schwarzkopf, concerning the usurper? Come on, give us your voices, state the truth, defend the Constitution.
Obama’s father was not a citizen of this country, Obama or what ever his name is, is not eligible for office, he does not meet the qualifications to have ever been on the ballot for the presidential election.
