The beauty of the system of checks and balances is holding all branches accountable, including the judiciary
By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ
The US constitution gave us a great system of checks and balances. For example, the president can veto a bill, the congress can override the veto by the 2/3 of the vote. Here we have a feedback, a system of checks and balances.
The judiciary can find a law or an executive order unconstitutional, so in this case the judiciary provides a check over the congress and the executive branch.
The question arises, how is the judiciary kept accountable? How do the president, the congress and the people hold the judiciary accountable? Where is the system of checks and balances to stop lawless and corrupt judges?
Well, there are several options.
- The people have power to throw out of office corrupt and lawless state judges by voting for new judges to replace them
- Because federal judges are appointed for life, the people cannot throw them out of office during an election, however there are other options, among them impeachment. The US congress can impeach and remove from office corrupt and lawless federal judges, who violate their oath of office to defend the US constitution. During the impeachment the House of Representatives impeaches a judges by a simple majority. Impeachment is similar to indictment. Then the case goes to the Senate, which can remove the judge out of office by 2/3rds. This is a system of checks and balances where the US congress can hold the judiciary accountable. A number of federal judges were removed from the bench by the congress. Among them judge Walter Nixon, chief judge of the Southern District of Mississippi.
- The executive branch, meaning the office of the US President can, hold corrupt and lawless judges accountable by filing criminal judges for the crime of violation of their oath of office to defend the constitution

If judges can rule an executive order is unconstitutional, how does that violate this oath: “I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ___ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”?

if it is indeed constitutional and the judges are corrupt globalists, who are lying, then they are liable

I am not holding my breath for any judicial impeachments. It’s easier to re-write the EO.

One thing I don’t understand:
Why are SC judges confirmed for (life)?
Why can’t the President just fire them?
This is something a Constitutional Attorney should check into and see if there is a loop hole for Trump to solve the problem?!

even if it is re-written, lawless judges will stay it
