   Interestingly he omits inter-racial marriages, though that case was also decided on the same basis. If he had any principle, he’d rule that his own marriage violates anti-misceganation laws and is therefore illegal.

   Then he also has to overturn Loving v Virginia, which will make his own marriage illegal. That was a due process case. And there is no way the Founding Fathers intended a black man to marry a white woman. And if it does come to SCOTUS I’m sure that the liberals will vote it down just to mess with Thomas, who should recuse himself anyway

   Frankie and Gordi, when the good Lord said let the idiots, imbeciles and corrupt be, you were the first ones in the line. Frankie and Gordi, when you passed an illegal law back in the 70’s, how many riots and billions of dollars in damages did the conservatives in this country participated in? We took it in the chin and dealt with it. ALWAYS, when something don’t go your way you commit vandalism, rioting and every criminal act you can commit and then blame Republicans as violent people? People are getting fed up with the likes of you and your rats! We need to do like the Koreans did during the LA riots in the Rodney King case. If you come to destroy my business, you will be shot dead, PERIOD! Rioting is NOT peaceful assembly.

   Gordi and Franki, you both are two turds in the same bowl. Where did you study law? Hell can you spell law? Get to read the Constitution, the Preamble and the Declaration of Independence, don’t forget to read the founders writings. One good book to read, “The American ideal of 1776: the twelve basic American principles”, if you have the mental capability of understanding!
