    Public charge is an immigration law term for migrants the government determines ineligible for green cards due to their reliance on government assistance. In 2019, former President Donald Trump expanded the rule to include migrants who use non-cash benefits like food stamps and Medicaid. Before then, public charge was defined as someone “primarily dependent on the government for subsistence.

    Are you kidding me? “Before then, public charge was defined as someone primarily dependent on the government for subsistence”. Where in hell do you think food stamps come from? Oh, right! The White House has a tree that produce them! Trump was right! Anything that is done with tax payer money IS government subsistence. This should be a no-brainer for any freaking judge! Are we becoming this stupid or, this corrupt in this nation? These douche bag judges need to stop legislating from the bench. If you want to write law, quit your job and run for congress!
