Senate should do its job

Today senate met to vote on small business loans related to coronavirus.

Democrats blocked the bill and it is a shame, however, my point is that senators should either pass a rule where they will vote remotely via Zoom or Skype or Whatsup or any similar program or  simply put on masks and vote in groups with distancing. There are 80 vacances for judges. They need to act
