Birther tries to remove Obama from Kansas voting ballot

Birther Orly Taitz has been granted a court hearing to keep President Obama off the Kansas state ballot due to suspicion surrounding his US citizenship.
Taitz, who works as a California dentist and a lawyer, claims that Obama’s birth certificate is fraudulent and that the president is using a fake Social Security number from Connecticut. Taitz says that as a result of forging his US citizenship documents and committing identity theft, he should not be eligible to run for president again, the Huffington Post reports.
The Kansas state Objections Board ruled on Monday to drop the lawsuit to consider removing Obama from the ballot, but Kansas District Court Judge Larry Hendricks scheduled an Oct. 3 court hearing to overturn the board’s decision.
After claiming that the board ignored evidence that should have disqualified Obama, Taitz was granted the hearing.
Joe Montgomery, a Kansas resident who initially objected to Obama’s eligibility but then withdrew his claim, stated last week that Obama could not be US citizen because his father was a Kenyan and UK national.Citizenship, he said, comes primarily from the father. After Montgomery and his family received threats, he withdrew his objection on Sept. 15 – the claim which the board based its decision on.
Now Taitz, together with Kansas resident Roger Walters, plans to take over the case and provide additional evidence of“forgery and fraud” regarding Obama’s birth certificate.
While working in California, she is asking supporters for donations to pay for her plane ticket to Kansas to attend the October hearing.
“Supporters are urged to be in the courtroom and donate to Dr. Taitz in order to help with expenses of her flight to Kansas for the second time and litigation expenses,” she wrote on her website.
In response, several high-profile celebrities have tweeted their criticism of the case. Cher said the Kansas Republican Party was “beneath slime.” State Rep. Ann May said the state was a “laughing stock again.”
And as state GOP officials emphasize that the birther movement does not represent their party, Taitz continues to gather “evidence” that Obama’s birth certificate is fake.

At the very start, I thought you were some kind of a “NUT CASE”, because of how the Lame Brain, excuse me, MAIN STREAM MEDIA was either ignoring you, or attacking you. So I decided to take a good look at what you were using for your EVIDENCE.
Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. most if not all your EVIDENCE appears to be SOLID as a ROCK. I am now 100% convinced that you are a true American Patriot.
Why have so many people chose to not believe or just plain ignore what you have been doing for more than 4 years now? Can’t they see that you are doing everything that you possible can to save this Once Great Nation of ours, and it’s Sacred Constitution?
I used to listen to Rush Limbaugh, and Sean
Hannity, every chance I got, but I’ve completely quit listening to those two because they part of the pack of ignorers. In fact both of their programs screen their callers and try to eliminate any of your supporter on their respective programs. Now it looks like even the “Russian Television’ has been muzzled.

I agree with Romney on one issue that Russians are the greatest threat meaning Orly Taitz. We cant even understand her, where is she from where is her birth certificate? This lady fit well wit te rest of the republican clowns.

This is a very good interview even if they didn’t report on everything.
It takes a woman like you, a woman with intestinal fortitude to keep pushing the issue until it is forced out into the open air.

Maybe the ignorers are having trouble ignoring the Oct 3 hearing in Kansas. After all, if the NAACP shows up, the Media will have to cover the hearing just to explain why CP have been sent to protest in Kansas. If this hearing is bad news for the ignorers, then it must be good news for birthers.
Don’t pick on Cher. She’s not very bright. I remember her when she couldn’t read her lines and Sonny picked on her relentlessly for being such a dim-wit. She named her baby Chastity for Pete’s sake. Sadly, although Cher is a talented musician,she’s just not smart.
