Federal government is punishing violation of our borders, our Ntional home similarly to the way states punish people violating our private homes:

A “wobbler” is a California crime that can be charged as either a felony or a misdemeanor, at the prosecutor’s discretion. The potential consequences of a felony second-degree burglary conviction are: Felony probation; Sixteen (16) months, two (2) years or three (3) years served in county jail; and/or.

  1. They Need a Penalty to Stop the Invasion!!

All the illegals need to stop, look, and listen to the America Way of Life…

    This is American soil…

And this means that you have to respect for our laws and rules…

Or stay home to solve your problems without abusing the good friendship and a great place to live…

Or you may not be able to ever come to Our Country, for not being civilized enough to accept our terms of entrance!

They have to start realizing that their nation would become brutal to any American who crossed the Mexican border and didn’t obey their laws!

At least two incidents come to mind from the past on this subject.

And two males stayed locked up for a very long time, just for practically nothing!

Now, if Ca. can elect a (R)-conservative (??), these situations would get cleared up fast!

  4. The Constitution
    August 14th, 2018 @ 2:58 pm

This info should be circulated all through out Mexico and all 3rd world nations.

This would give them pause to think before they actually go through with their intentions of crossing the American border Illegally!

From now on, Trump will give them something to stop, think, and keep from going “overboard” with their plans!

  5. We Have to Protect Our Border(s)
    August 15th, 2018 @ 11:57 am

The stronger the penalty, the less likely anyone will want to try to come to America illegally!

    This is what is needed…

A very large, secure wall and tough penalties, to stop the invasion of 3rd world criminals!

And Trump is tough with that subject!

  6. Illegal Immigration Has Not Slowed Down To Much...
    August 16th, 2018 @ 10:55 am

Saw an article today in one of my emails that suggested that these border crossers haven’t slowed down much.

So we should install a more stringent penalty to catch their attention…ASAP!

Use some sort of a human marker on them, to keep them from trying to come back into America.

And tell them that they will not like the ultimate penalty…(a very severe penalty…), should they try again!

This needs to be a real eye catcher and/or some other type of understanding penalty!

We’ve played paddie-cake with these people long enough!

They need to find a real Halloween surprise if they try coming back!
