Really good news: I got a call from the Supreme Court of CA and was told to send my complaint back to them and they will docket it and will submit to the judges of the Supreme Court

Thank God.
Some good news!
I will resubmit my papers immediately. The only bad thing is that I will have to pay for the FedEx. These are 11 heavy booklets, so it will be expensive. Donations to cover $710 submission fee, printing of the books and shipping is greatly appreciated!

Orly: You shouldn’t have to re-pay this amount? This little snot-clerk made the decision to send it back!! You should call them and tell them they either pay for this, or you’ll take them to court…and you’d win this one, since she already admitted that she took it upon herself to decide to send it back to you! Or one of the other people there told her to do this? (I would think you are in the right to make them pay for this, shouldn’t they?)

“resubmit”…
Seems that the courts error is the main cause of this requirement to “resubmit”…it should be at their expense as well.

WAS THERE ENOUGH FRAUD TO SWING THE ELECTION?
by Sharon Rondeau
Donald Palmer was appointed Secretary of the State Board of Elections in February 2011 by Gov. Robert McDonnell
(Nov. 30, 2012) — In an interview with two hosts from WMAL radio, Commonwealth of Virginia Board of Elections Secretary Donald Palmer stated that individuals who witnessed voter fraud during the 2012 election should contact him directly.

Veritas, can you please elaborate your posts a bit more? There’s a 100,000 churning articles out there on any-and-everything as the white house throws a new bone to the media dog kennel every day. Summing up an idea at the most basic level will be very helpful for us readers to grasp your point and the efficacy it might provide. Thanks.

i.e.,
What is, Secretary of the State Board of Elections, Donald Palmer’s political leaning. What about Governor McDonnell and the seriousness of his attempt or the chance it will work. What type of media is WMAL (tv, radio, syndicated, talk, whatever). Did the interview suggest a real attempt to resolve the elections issue as would seem to appear. What is your opinion of this interview.
Keep up the great work!

Does this mean you have to pay the $710 fee again or will they credit you what you have paid before?

Electors submit votes in 11 days. Votes are certified then for other offices as well. How can this possibly work?

no, I pay only once

Thank you, Authenticator. The norm is to reference the source so that the reader can read indepth at his or her leisure. In this case, the source is The Post & Email whose editor, Sharon Rondeau, has all the details. You will find the article quite insightful I am sure! 🙂

Ps, and Thank you, Authenticator, for the compliment. You are correct, there are many stories out there. We needn’t hear any more Taqiyya-esque Tales from the Alinskyites. America needs Orly, Sharon Rondeau, ORYR, and Pam Geller!
