Real fatality rate of coronavirus is 0.2% based on data from Germany

In Germany there are 6,670 people infected and only 14 died. This puts the death rate at 0.2%, similar to regular flu. Higher death rate in other countries is likely due to more limited testing. When less people are tested, only ones who have serious symptoms and go to the hospital are counted, and the death rate looks higher. This is the reason why in China the death rate is 3.9% and in Italy 7.3%.
In US there were 3,837 cases and 70 deaths, which brings the death rate to 1.8%, however with massive testing starting this week, we can expect the death rate (ratio of total diagnosed cases to the number of deaths) to go down significantly and is expected to to go down to 0.2%.

I’d like to know what the main stream of the higher amount is…
Is it the same as the common flu?
Or is it the same as something less?
Is this the same as the flu…?
I can feel this now at Burger King when I order two sandwiches and for the first time, I had the person behind the counter had me come to pick up my two sandwiches…!
