That looks like a FedEX shipping slip.

This doesn’t look like a court order. Maybe I’m not reading it rite.

My My My… wouldn’t a judges proposed ordeer be kept confidential until the judge releases it? It seems to me that the ORDER has no meaning until a judge reviews it… and besides all of the latter why would anyone compromise a judge by making the judges potential decision available to the public WITHOUT the judge’s approval.
What is shown is PROOF that the order is sent to the judge… no more, no less.

In some cases there have been proposed orders published before a judge read the order. Time and place to release an order is important… ain’t it ?

Remember Dr. Taitz’s words: “When you get to draft the proposed order, it’s like a victory lap and I will be delighted to run it.” Why not share the victory lap with the rest of us by publishing the proposed Order? After all, it’s now a matter of public record, not a state secret.

    Back Home in Indiana,

I hope that this “Proposed Order” of your’s was sent to an OPEN, FAIR, and HONEST COURT.

    Only time will tell.

You don’t need any LUCK, all you need is a FAIR SHAKE, to show the Court what you have, because you are LOADED with SOLID, BONAFIED, AND UNREFUTED EVIDENCE AND TOP EXPERT WITNESSES.

I will not publish it until it is signed by the judge and stamped by the clerk. Better safe than sorry

Proposed orders are published all the time. It’s not a big deal and nothing to keep secret. This is the most important thing you’ve gotten to do in your whole legal career and you should be proud to show it off.

The reason you should publish it here and now is for insurance… for proof if the judge rewrites it. If she changes it you can’t prove it, unless you’ve already published it on your site. You might need that proof if the regime gets to her and you have to sue her or have her recused. Just sayin’. Think about it.
