Press Release: Orly Taitz files a petition for President Trump and Secretary of DOD Mattis to order DOD to appeal the decision by the military judge to give no prison term to deserter Bergdahl
President of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, Attorney and Doctor Orly Taitz, filed a petition for President Trump, as Commander in Chief and General Mattis, as the Secretary of DOD, to direct DOD to file an appeal of the recent decision by the military judge, Jeff Nance, which freed deserter Bowe Bergdahl. This deserter left his post in Afghanistan. Multiple soldiers were killed and severely wounded searching for him. Obama traded top five terrorists from GITMO for Bergdahl!
Bergdahl was facing a life in prison for desertion. A decision by the judge to give him no prison time whatsoever, is unconscionable. President Trump called this decision a travesty. Talk is cheap. We need action! Department of Defense can file an appeal of this decision. After the appeal reaches the top level in the military, it goes to the federal Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia. From there the decision goes to the Supreme Court. We need this decision to be appealed up to the Supreme Court, if need be, we need justice to be done! Please, spread the word! Sign the petition below!

Decision by the military judge, Jeff Nance, to release the deserter, Bowe Bergdahl, and not give him any prison time, affects the military, families of soldiers, who were killed and wounded while searching for this deserter. This decision is a travesty of justice and a mockery of justice. President Trump, as Commander in Chief, and Secretary of DOD, Mattis, can order DOD to file an appeal of the decision. Appeal can go up to the Supreme Court. By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, President of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation www.OrlyTaitzESQ.com
Notice! I see some signatures being deleted. For example, I saw 63, then it went back to 59. We need to reach 150 quickly, then the petition will be visible on WhiteHouse.gov and it will be easier to spot deletions!
More evidence of deletion of signatures. We had 97 signatures, this supporter saw 97, I saw 97. Now it went back down to 95. Somebody is tampering with this petition drive and deleting signatures.
Robert Whalen | Hello Dr. Taitz I signed on at 93 and now minutes later 97. Thank you for your constant attention to our Country. All of what you have said and done is now coming to light. Corruption is rampant, and President Trump needs our effort and support. |

Way to go Orly, most American’s stand with you on this! What a slap in the face to our Soldiers, Veteran’s and American Patriots! Especially to the men who died trying to find him and their families!

Thanks Orly. Only a naturalized citizen would have thought about this disgrace. Thank you for being a true American patriot.

Dear Orly,
Thanks for posting the petition. I have signed it. Many in military totally outraged over the judge’s insanely lenient sentence.

I’ve attempted to sign twice. Each time it says e-mail verification required, but then none arrives. I usually receive the verification request within seconds.

Yeah, Virginia: I too have problems with Google.
I had to take the time to look all over Google to find an area where I could send an email or feedback, just to send them info on how difficult it is to make contact with them!
This does get very involved sometimes!

Bergdahl should have been hanged from the highest tree, or life in prison, dishonorable discharge and no money. People died and were seriously injured just as if he had done it himself, as a result of his decision.
Thank you Dr. Taitz, I signed the petition, and it was counted, also posted it on facebook.

This man deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison or be executed like everyone else that
deserted.
