Press release: a victory for Commander Fitzpatrick, district attorney resigns after motion alleging prosecutorial misconduct

Orly Taitz, President of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation received an update from commander Walter Fitzpatrick.

Commander Fitzpatrick was the first to file a criminal complaint against Barack Obama and his accomplices. Complaint charged that a number of high ranking employees of the US government aided and abetted Obama in the illegal takeover of the US government. Obama is a citizen of Indonesia, born in Kenya, who is currently usurping the position of the US president using a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425, which was assigned to Harry J. Bounel, and using laughable forgeries for IDs. There was a criminal activity in the local Grand Jury, where the foremen has hidden the complaint from the rest of the Grand Jury. Further, there was a pattern of corruption, which cries to high heaven. Foremen, which was not allowed to serve for more than two years, served as foremen for 20 years. So, the whole scheme of a jury of your peers was a total sham. Not only Fitzpatrick’s complaint was not heard on the merits, Fitzpatrick was persecuted. Obama accomplices from “Fogbow” organization were bragging about an arrest of another patriot connected with Fitzpatrick.

Currently the issue of the prosecutor misconduct and Grand Jury misconduct is front and server. Patriots are in a counter attack on the ruling mafia, exposing lawlessness and corruption and cleaning it up. See the letter from Fitzpatrick below:

Bebb is not performing the duties of his office now. There is an acting (temporary) district attorney general who’s filling the gap. I saw him yesterday in the Courtroom during the motion hearing here in Athens. Don’t know his name. No one close to me was able to recognize the guy.
My understanding is that Steve Crump takes office as the newly elected district attorney general in September.
Crump was in the Courtroom yesterday as well.
Bebb’s retirement last Friday is interesting on a number of levels. He had two and 3/4 months left to go (what’s left of June, then july and August.)
It should be observed that Counselor Irion filed his motion to recuse the 10th Judicial District from prosecuting my case (on grounds of vindictiveness and prosecutorial misconduct) at 1300 hours on Thursday, 29 May 2014. Counselor Irion filed subpoena requests for witnesses on Tuesday 3 June 2014. Bebb filed his retirement notice with Tennessee’s Secretary of State just 3 (three) days later, this past Friday, 6 June 2014 (70th remembrance of The Longest Day.)
The McMinn County Sheriff’s Department were serving witness subpoenas on the witnesseson Wednesday, Thursday and Friday–4,5 and 6 June–severing subpoenas just moments Bebb quit unexpectedly.
There are no coincidences.
I know Bebb quit reacting to the subpoenas going out days before Bebb bailed out. I can’t prove it.
Subpoenas were served on the three Grand Jury foreman named below. Served as well on a number jurors serving in the McMinn County Grand Jury for it’s January 2014 and March 2014 Terms.
Next Monday afternoon, 16 June 2014, a hearing is set for oral arguments on the motion to recuse the 10th District from prosecuting me. The hearing will begin at 2:00 p.m. (local) in the McMinn County Courthouse. It’s presently scheduled for the basement Chancery Courtroom. However, so was yesterday’s hearing which was moved from the basement Courtroom to the 2nd floor main criminal Courtroom.
Next Monday there will be three either incumbent or former McMinn Grand Jury Foreman present to testify as witnesses: Jeff Cunningham, Larry Wallace and Thomas Balkom. You can bet that the the pro tem district attorney and Steve Crump (the incoming DAG) will be in the Courtroom as well.
Bring pop corn if you’re planning to attend.

    Yes, and that other patriot was Darren Huff, who Stewart Rhodes stabbed in the back. It is good to see that Fitzpatrick has amended his earlier antagonistic attitude toward you enough so that he feels willing to communicate at times and you are willing to provide him positive support. However, it is quite frustrating to see your lack of awareness of how Stewart Rhodes played everyone false back then still leads you to question others when they tell you of how he played everyone false _again_ at the Bundy ranch. There was no ‘misunderstanding’, Rhodes and his group bugged out after claiming the government was going to use drone strikes against those supporting the Bundys. This person may have been in the peace time 82rd Airborne, but he is above all an ivy league lawyer who has never, and will never provide any patriot with a successful defense against government tyranny.

    Darren was arrested later by the feds for crossing state lines with the intent to use weapons in an illegal activity, and in spite of the charges being false, he was convicted and sentenced to four years in prison. Prior to this your good friend Rhodes instead of offering his services or advice in defending Darren against these trumped up charges, kicked Darren out of Oath Keepers and, like the good little two-faced establishment smuck that he is, on cue regurgitated every character assassination accusation the liberal press could come up with.

    Stewart Rhodes is not my friend. I met him one time at an event, I gave him info on Obama’s bogus IDs, but he never acted upon it. I, do have to say that local oath keepers came to support me in court in CA. I do believe they acted on their own in supporting me, no connection with Stewart Rhodes
