Polsters over-poll minority voters by 10% to show Biden leading by a large margin

Jesse Waters spoke recently about Marist and other pollsters who are over-polling minority voters by 10% and claim that Biden is leading by a large margin. 37% of people polled by Marist and other pollsters were minorities, majority of whom vote for Democrats. However, only 27% of voters were minorities in prior elections. So, they intentionally come up with bogus polls. Similarly, many pollsters over-poll Democrats and under-poll Republicans. For that reason, many pollsters predicted that Hillary would win by a 6-7% margin in 2016, and she lost. The same thing is happening now
