FOLLOW UP LETTER –EVIDENCE OF COMPLICITY OF THE OFFICE OF THE GENERAL COUNSEL OF THE SSA IN THE COVER UP OF THE USE OF A STOLEN CONNECTICUT SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER xx-xxx- 4425 BY FORMER PRESIDENT OBAMA , AS WELL AS HIS OTHER BOGUS IDS
Honorable Commissioner Bisignano,
I have forwarded to you via FedEx an attached file showing Barack Obama failing E-verify and SSNVS and all other methods in his use of a Connecticut Social Security number xx xxx 4425, which he personally posted on WhiteHouse.gov and did not redact the file properly. (FedEx letter to you was received at your office on 06.13.2025 and signed by L. Outlaw)
Through multiple investigators I traced this number to a resident of Connecticut born in 1890. The person who has been covering up this fraud at SSA, is Dawn Wiggins, Deputy Executive Director of office of Privacy and Disclosure at SSA. Recently, I received documentation from the SSA and personally talked to Marvin Goldstein who stated that the office of the Legal Counsel of SSA is preventing the disclosure. I wrote a letter to Mark Steffensen, the Chief Legal Counsel and Deputy Commissioner, this letter was sent by FedEx on 07.31.2025 .(see the letter to Mark Steffensen attached)
Cover up of the fact that a person who was occupying the White House for eight years, did so by fraud and use a stolen Social Security number from a state where he never resided, as well as other criminal IDs, represents a criminal complicity and possibly treason.
I am hereby requesting a release of the original SS-5 for Connecticut Social Security number xxx xx 4425, which Barack Obama fraudulently used while at the White House and up to today, while collecting his benefits and pension. I am unable to do so through FOIA, because all FOIA requests were denied by Dawn Wiggins, since this number is still being used by Obama, a live person, albeit used fraudulently. This is the biggest scandal and the biggest crime in the US history. I also request a criminal referral from the SSA to the DOJ to investigate this matter ASAP. I also request a response from the SSA as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for your persistence in fighting for justice since 2008. Here is what I don’t understand.
Indeed, kudos to Tulsi Gubbard for investigating and bringing fore the Obama’s 2016 coup against Trump. However, every crime investigation begins with the establishment of the identity of the criminals.
Your investigation of Obama’s Social Security fraud, and the fully investigated forgeries of Obama’s documents by Sheriff Arpaio have been reported and available for more than 10 years. Why are they still ignored by this seemingly new law enforcement personnel who supposedly are eager to investigate and expose every crime of the past? Their indifference towards these most obvious Obama’s crimes makes no sense and even looks suspicious. What do you think, dear Orly?
