Please, contact Breitbart.com and tell editor Ben Shapiro to put his money where his mouth is and join my RICO case against Obama et al, which was going on for the past 2 years

Recently editor of Breitbart.com, Ben Shapiro, stated that Obama can be prosecuted in RICO, racketeering influenced corrupt organizations act, which was created to fight mafia. Bottom line, federal government today is totally lawless and acting as mafia. Well, there are two types of RICO: public, which is filed by the Attorney General and private.
Good luck expecting Holder to file anything. Holder is Obama’s friend and is complicit. This leaves us with the private RICO. In the past 6 years I actually fought in courts while Ben Shapiro, Harvard law graduate, just talked. Two years ago I filed a private RICO against Obama and it still goes on. See Complaint and docket below. Please, contact Breitbart.com and tell Ben Shapiro to put his money where his mouth is and join my RICO case of file his own.
If you recall, I disclosed that former Breitbart reporter Charles Johnson exposed the fact that he was hire by Breitbart early on to disprove my findings. He found that I was correct and advised Breitbart that they should report on the issue of Obama’s lack of eligibility. Breitbart refused to do so, possibly being afraid of repercussions. I personally talked to Ben Shapiro during Beverly Hills Tea Party rally with Pat Boone. Consistently Shapiro refused to do anything. So far he was just making money selling books and advertising on Breitbart web site. Time for him, as a lawyer, to do something productive and join my RICO case

I’m confused about something Orly. How can (or why should) a news organization join in a lawsuit such as a RICO case? Has any news organization or newspaper in history done so? Please explain.

I feel all this talk of prosecuting obama for his infinite crimes has already proven fruitless. it should be apparent they will allow these travesty to to mount until they decide for themselves obama has served his purpose and at their convenience, which will probably be the next election cycle, they will dump him for another fraud, needing no concern for status or jurisdiction of citizenship.
It is my meager opinion that the bulk of the effort should remain on obama’s lack of standing as a “natural born citizen”. In fact there is no real documentation he is a citizen at all.
I feel certain there is no shortage of people aware of obama’s true status. The problem is the media blackout on truth and their covering for his every fiasco, deceit, and contemptuous unConstitutional act.
Unfortunately, since congress, our courts, and our top military brass, have failed the people, the bulk of the responsibility does fall on the media. Only a true concerted effort by all major talk show hosts who claim true conservative Constitutional values are in a position to make the difference. These are all that remain of the press that was so highly esteemed by our founding fathers that they were given preeminence in the bill of rights as our no.1 defense from tyranny. If they shirk this responsibility, then our worst nightmare is all the more imminent.

At this point, I’m convinced the pic – pretender in chief will continue to pretend to be the cic even after the new president is elected.
I’m sure pic aka barry soetorah is making sure martial law will be the norm when the new president comes along and will continue to give executive announcements trying overide the new president.
In conclusion, after 8+ years and the latest impeachable offenses and the lying of all of the administration Carney and Rice, the pretender will not get impeached or proceedings will take place.
Since Barry mentioned he is more afraid that a nuke would go off in New York, I’m sure that is the plan of action along with creating many crisis such as our own govt dumping illegal aliens into our country in TX and AZ and letting out illegal alien convicts..
So that is how the story goes…pic continues to give executive orders and no one pays attention to Barry Soetorah.. He is just that crazy person on the street corner talking about stuff in his suits and a pen..

I think that Hillary is the new choice of the rich moguls who installed Obama & spent millions to hide his past history-although Hillary may not be as easy to control as someone who has a hidden past(like Obama)- they definitely don’t want Chritsie- I am hoping for Alan West or Ben Carson-(or Alan Keyes)Rand Paul is one of my favorites but they are totally against him and will use all of their money to slur & degrade him- I was watching on the history channel yesterday about the rich who formed America-& the first president that was bought was McKinley- unfortunately he was assassinated & Teddy Roosevelt became president-they made a mistake that they would NOT make again-America has suffered-

Just what we need at this late hour — another book!
Ben Shapiro’s a lawyer? Instead of talking prosecution why isn’t he writing his own RICO briefs?
These hot air artists disgust me. Shapiro is like Cowboy Joe Arpaio: All badge, no balls.
You Orly, are the only one actually DOING something.

I have a question ! If the whole idea is to get your cases heard by a jury and you have been fined in the past . Why pay it ? You will be found in contempt right ? Plead not guilty ! This would be criminal contempt ask for a jury trial ! If you lose you can always pay the fine

Ben Shapiro can file a legal action as an individual, as he encourages others to do. He is a Harvard educated attorney and can do it.
additionally, if a paper was affected by the RICO conspiracy, it can be a plaintiff as well
