On Form N-400 (Application for Naturalization), Part 11 includes broad “ever” questions, such as:
Have you EVER committed, assisted in committing, or attempted to commit a crime or offense for which you were NOT arrested?
Have you EVER been arrested, cited, charged, or detained for any reason?
These cover crimes at any time, including after entry to the U.S. or after obtaining a green card.
During the naturalization interview, the USCIS officer reviews the N-400 responses under oath, asks follow-up questions about criminal history, and probes for any undisclosed acts to assess good moral character (required for the statutory period, typically 5 years before filing, but extending to the oath).
Officers elicit a complete record of any criminal or unlawful activity, even if not leading to arrest or conviction.If Fraud Was CommittedCommitting fraud (or other crimes) after entry but before naturalization does not directly cause denaturalization on its own, as denaturalization focuses on whether citizenship was properly obtained.However, it can be a basis for denaturalization indirectly in these ways:
If concealed during the process → If the fraud occurred during the good moral character period and the applicant failed to disclose it (e.g., lying “no” to the “ever committed a crime not arrested” question), this constitutes willful misrepresentation or concealment of a material fact. The government can later seek denaturalization if the concealment was material (i.e., it tended to affect eligibility, such as by disqualifying good moral character).
If it bars good moral character → Certain frauds (e.g., crimes involving moral turpitude) could have barred approval if known, making citizenship “illegally procured.”

Elon, you are close to Trump, you know Patel and Bondi, please suggest that they investigate and Bondi file criminal charges against Tim Waltz and Minnesota AG Ellison for aiding and abetting fraud and theft of billions of federal taxpayer dollars through multiple programs. Waltz and Ellison dismissed the whistleblower reports for years because they were getting donations and campaign contributions from all of these Somali fraudsters and thieves. I believe DOJ should consider bribery charges as well. Additionally, there is evidence that Ilhan Omar was never legally naturalized, as she alleged that she was naturalized with her father in 2020, however she was already 19 then (when caught, she changed her birthday from 1981 to 1982 in congressional records) and the DHS has no evidence of her deceased father ever being naturalized. DHS and DOJ should provide us with answers regarding her immigration status. We, American taxpayers and citizens are fed up and can no longer tolerate this massive fraud
