Governor of New York Andrew Cuomo has blood of thousands of people on his hands

Thomas Frieden is a Democrat, he was the director of CDC under Barack Obama, and he stated that if the city of New York and New York state were to close schools, order to wear masks, order social distances just one week earlier, there would have been much fewer deaths.

I agree with Frieden. In my state of CA the governor closed schools March 12th. In Ohio, with only 5 deaths they closed schools early, too. In New York they had multiple deaths and Governor Cuomo and Mayor De Blasio did not budge. It took a revolt of teachers and parents for Cuomo to finally close the schools on March 20, 8 days too late.

California is a state of 40 million. New York is only 19 million. In Ca there are 1,000 deaths. With the same rate New York should have had only about 450 deaths. Instead, New York has about 20,000 deaths.

Governor Cuomo made a number of disastrous decisions:

  1. in 2015 a study predicted that NY would need 16,000 more ventilators in case of pandemic. Cuomo did not listen. He bought ZERO. Moreover, some existing ventilators in NY were auctioned off.
  2.  Cuomo did not close schools timely and did not issue distancing orders timely
  3. Cuomo issued an order preventing doctors from prescribing and pharmacists dispensing Hydroxychloroquine, life saving medication for coronavirus in ambulatory, pre-hospital conditions. This is an unbelievable idiocy. You need to treat the disease early, not wait until it is too late and the infection spread all over patient’s body.
  4. Lastly, President Trump suggested to do enforced quarantine of the hot spot of NY, NJ and CT. This would have stopped infected people from leaving NY and spreading the contagion all over the country. Cuomo threw a fit and threatened to sue the federal government. When Gina Raymondo, a fellow Democrat, Governor of Rod Island, tried to stop people from the epicenter, from the hot spot of New York from flooding her state and spreading the disease, he threatened to sue her. Because of this idiocy of Cuomo, people escaping New York, spread the disease all over the country and it led to nearly 40,000 deaths all over US. Moreover, Cuomo now demands more and more tests for New York, which deprives the other states, like mine from tests. New York did 30,000 tests per million, California only 5,000 per million. FEMA is sending vast majority of tests to New York, other states cannot do sufficient testing and are stuck in lengthy quarantine because of it.

Now, even Democrats see that unbelievable idiocy of New York governor Andrew Cuomo cost this nation tens of thousands of lives and trillions of  dollars. Cuomo has blood on his hands

    Yeah, wow, he’s soooo awesome. Cuomo did such a fantastic job of (screwing up) this COVID-19, let’s elect him PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!!
