I keep getting e-mails about NESARA- National Economic Security and and Reformation act. According to a Newswatch Magaxine article it was passed in 2000, however I can’t find it. Does anyone have the actual act?

    Dr. Taitz, Several resources say that the NESARA is a scam that has been promulgated by several cult like entities. Here is one quote of many web sites that write about the ACT:

    This is an eRumor that says there was secret legislation passed by congress and signed secretly by President Bill Clinton that would offer complete forgiveness of debts and abolish the Internal Revenue system. It was going to be announced on September 11 by Alan Greenspan, but that was interrupted by the World Trade Center and Pentagon terrorist attacks…..
