I don’t know what is the agenda of other attorneys, who pretend to fight the cause, but in reality sit on their butts, do absolutely nothing and only attack me and call me names, when I work 24/7 and represent over 170 plaintiffs.
Latest attack came from Leo Donofrio, who had his case dismissed in November, didn’t bring any more cases, doesn’t have any clients and together with Berg and Kreep, they are mostly engaged in attacking me.
When I started working with members of the military, he attacked me, claiming that I am colluding with the military against the president. Now he came up with some new garbage, claiming that I didn’t address the issue of Obama’s father’s citizenship. I urge anyone to read the actual pleadings that were posted on this blog previously. I’ve written time and again in my pleadings and I even put it in bold script “he has to be born in the country to two citizen parents”.  WHICH PART OF TWO CITIZEN PARENTS  DIDN’T DONOFRIO GET?
My parents, my husband and my three children are concerned about my health, WORKING 24/7 on cases, travelling around the country, bringing awareness to the issue, lobbying for our officials to uphold the constitution. Am I preventing above mentioned attorneys from doing that? Here is a million dollar question: “Why instead of doing something productive do they gang on me?”

Thanks to Whistleblower for the link to Orly’s interview in Israel, in which she tags all the bases–aren’t you proud of her, Leo?–and expands the dual-citizenship question into an issue of FOUR possible citizenships. Then she skillfully wonders whether these past and/or present divisions of allegiance might be affecting his policies and decisions.
Orly has been dissed as not coming across well, but she is out there plugging, and in Israel she did a superb job. Listen to it. She is no dodo, and there is absolutely, indisputably no question whose side she is on–ours! Don’t diminish her. Support her. Take care of yourself, Orly. We need you to be at your best, so don’t let the force of denial get you down. Positive and negative are in a dance here. Aim for balance, have faith, and set priorities, including rest and family time. Affirmation will come in time.
Don’t give up on a favorable resolution, as Leo Donofrio seems to have done. I admire both you and Leo and wish both of you well in pursuing the truth.

No man likes to be shown up by a woman! You are doing a magnificent job and are such a wonderful American Patriot. Please don’t let them get to you. You and God know you are right. We the People know you for what you are and I for one can’t imagine the hardship this is on you and your family! I pray for you daily and with God on our side we will win this fight! Obama and his thugs are getting scared and when people like that get scared they start to make mistakes. We are winning just don’t forget that you don’t need these that attack you. orly the problem is that this country and her people are so used to it works leave it alone, that they are brain washed into this pattern of complacency. you however are not satisfied with your country being destroyed because you have seen different, just as i have. i used to bathe on a stove and use a outhouse in sub zero weather as a youth. my mom had a bomb drop in her kitchen and destroy her home and the tanks rolled up and down her street in front of her home. my mom earned her citizenship by studying and passing her test on july 4th in order to be a citizen. we love our country and do not want vile no good evil money and people controlling tyrants making decisions for us, that is why it is so obvious to me and you that what is happening will lead to awful times for our nations people. so i know you are wore down and i know you are threatened and i always tell you i think of you as my hero. i pray for your strength to go on. so i am telling you her, that i personally wish only great things for you and that your efforts payoff for americas people and i will know that you gave it your all no matter the outcome and for this i personally thank you from my heart.

I read that and am sorry thes idiots are after you , but since sarah palin was attacked by the msms , they are now going after you for what ever reason. My heart aches for you and what misery you must endure. Be assured that this one person defends your efforts at every turn when I see anyone post negative comments toward you. I can only do so much as I am only one.
I don’t know how you have maintained your stregnth with all the adversity you have suffered by fools like Donofrio, et al. They are like you said, Johnny come lately. They have got nowhere with their minimal efforts. They have accomplished ZILCH! You are the ONLY Attorney and major player in this action to out Obama for his fraud.
I encourage and actually BEG each Patriot to denounce these fools who criticize Orly at every opportunity. When you see a comment on a blog, please stand up for all of the hard work and sacrifice that Orly has made in our behalf.
Orly, again know that your efforts are not going in vain. The ones who attack you are doing so out of their own failures. Look at the ones who attack you. Donofrio who can’t make up his mind if he wantsd to be a hippy of the 60’s or a poker player. By him being a professional wannabe poker player should prove to annyone that he lacks what it takes to be in the struggle to remove Obama. He needs to grow up and find himself in another arena.
Then there is Berg. He is a complete JOKE as a person. He has only been in for his Altered or inflated EGO and the money. Anytime he writes 2 sentences on his blog, he is finishing the sentence by begging more and more money from his useful idiots who still follow him. He has accomplished nothing in the courts.
Then you have the other minor league players like Kreep. They have nothing to offer and have not exerted one ounce of effort for this cause.
So Orly, you are the SOLE authority and leader in this struggle. it is you who have awoken so many of Obamas inelligibility. Without your hard work and dedication to our Constitution, most people would still have their head in the sand.
Thank you from the depth of my heart Orly for the sacrifices you have made. I pray God will bless your familiy abundantly for all of the suffering you have endured in our behalf.
You are the smartest, most articulate lady I have ever met. You have an enormous heart and love for each of us in whom you represent. Just remember, those that attack you are non factors. They are only trying to capture a moment worth of fame off of the grand works that you perform.

Endure! We support you and fight in different ways. Appeal the dismissal and move at the same time for unsealing of the decision so you can file a brief in 60 days following unsealing.

a 2 cents answer to your million dollar question…
they gang up on you because you are doing the right thing, and they gave up when they lost. (i.e., you have the kahones they lack.) you, on the other hand, are determined and persistent because you are fighting not only for all of your clients (alan keyes, military and others), you are fighting for your family and your country. you are fighting to prevent what you have witnessed in the past; these guys (berg, donofrio, & anyone else on the attack) have only read about it.
i don’t understand why they don’t sign on and assist you, or at least sit back and keep their mouths shut; unless obama has gotten to them too. (not necessarily financially, but in the same way he has gotten to everyone who’s come up against him in the past.. using the acorn/seiu tactics and digging up something from their past & holding it over their heads; you know, chicago mob tactics. or, maybe they got the old horse’s head in their bed?) by demeaning you it almost seems like they are attempting to marginalize you.
don’t every forget that all of us “have your back.” some are working directly to help you; others of us might not have enough time to devote 100% (because we are working in other areas “fighting the fight”); but you still have our support and we do what we can to help you.

I feel the no-blah-ma thugs got to them, either paid them off or they are being compensated in some way to attack you. Because of thier low life actions they are not patriots. Evidently they really dont care as much as the act. It simply is horrilbe for them to treat Orly this way if they have any intentions of exposing no-blah-ma. If they did they would join forces with her instead of treating her like crap. I have no use for Berg, kreep or donofrio. Dont care for joseph farah either of wnd. he is simply doing this to get rich off of billboard donations, sales of bumper stickers, tshirts, lawn signs and birthday post cards. I emailed him about his false efforts to expose No-blah-ma and he didnt even have the guts to reply.

I can not believe the behavior of attorneys who resort to such unprofessional conduct. And I should know because I was and Ethics Officer in my working days. Why don’t they offer constuctive comments and advice to advance the struggle rather than offer up cheap derision and criticism.
Have you contacted that document analyst I referred to you yet? In my considered opinion, it is the fastest way to nail down the authenticity of the Kenyan birth certificate.

Orly, I have wondered too why the other attorneys have not been as energetic as you in going after Obama. I remember hearing Berg speak on Michael Savage’s show in Oct. 2008 prior to the election. I thought that he would find a way of making it happen. Instead he is stuck in the mud with his three cases and he attacks you. I don’t get it, but it would be nice if all of them would come together and make lawsuit that no court could deny.

I’ve never understood why the various lawyers working on the eligibility cases don’t support and help each other. Perhaps that’s not how lawyers operate. Instead of saying “you did it wrong” it would be much better to voluntarily send helpful suggestions or to ask for peer reviews before filing a case.

Leo,
Shame on you….quit attacking Orly and help her. We can’t afford to have divided efforts at this point. If you don’t agree with her, then at the very least don’t attack her.
She has lived in a Communistic country, she understands what is happening and she also knows what it is like to live in this type of government. I believe this is where her passion comes from. I just wish we all valued our freedom as much as she does.
I read what you said about her when she brought military people into her cases. I do understand what you were saying, however, would you have us be taken over? Major Cook is willing to put his life on the line overseas and now even here at home….what a service to his country.
I find it very frustrating that I as an American Citizen have no right to sue for this information. So because of this, we have to rely on those that court would consider to have right.
I followed your case and was pulling for you and prayed for your safety the whole time. So, I prevail upon youself, to help Orly and if you can’t help, then please don’t attack her…leave her alone. Don’t you think she has enough of that? Don’t we all want the same thing?

Orly, Please try not to get discouraged. We know how hard this is for you and your family. I went through a lot of it about 20 years ago when I tried to enter local politics. My family suffered and I gave up. Look what they have done to Sarah Palin and her family. You are getting more attention because you are doing things that are getting results. You have succeeded in bringing this into the mainstream. They are jealous and not willing to do the hard work it takes so they are bad mouthing you. Ignore them and trust in your father, God, to show you the way and give you the strength you need. He will. Think of Esther, Joshua, Joseph, Moses, and so many servants who went before you. God will surely bless you in the end. This is a very serious constitutional issue that, if not checked, could take America down a road of no return. I don’t believe that is in God’s plans. His people must trust him and do what is right, not what is popular.

Dear Dr. Orly-I’m so glad your husband, your children and your parents are looking out for your health. We all know that you are working like a dog and have been since the beginning. Who knew it could go on this long? Anyway I saw you on your interviews, I have to tell you this does not show on your face you look fabulous. I loved the interview on Israeli TV when the reporter asked you questions and allowed you to answer without interruption very refreshing. Take Donofrio as an example he lost a case and gave up and went playing poker. Now it is not up to me to decide somebodies personal life but the man gave up and became a wise a.. who is hiding his own lack of stamina by attacking you who does continue, who does place the fate of our Country above everything else.
I have reading his latest attack and to be honest it sickend me, I haven’t published it either, as instead of trying be of some help our poker addict is questioning you in a to me unacceptable manner.
Believe me the betrayal blog stands behind you and many of the real patriot I know do likewise. It is about the Country and not like in some cases such as Donofrio about the Ego.

I am concerned about your health too. Your human body will not outlast the machine pitted against you. Listen to your husband, lose the laptop and cell phone for a weekend and recoup. If not for yourself then do it for your fellow Americans who need you, badly.

The reason they could be attacking you is that they intended to lose their cases against Barrack Obama .
That way all along they could say they were fighting in court and no one else would need to try.
But along came Dr. Orly taitz esq. and upset their plans by trying to win her case.

I agree. What’s their purpose? What’s their definite goal. Leo has and knows Cheif Justice Jay’s definition on ‘Naturual Borne’. Yet Leo just sits inept to stepping up. But he will point out every other commentor and attourny’s problem. Same with Corzi and Berg. What is the problem here? Natural Borne IS Natural Borne. Take it the bank.

I got so sick and tired of Leo’s ranting and raving and just rude and hurtful comments to some of the bloggers, that I’ve stopped visiting his blog. He comes off as very articulate and knowledgeable at times, then at other times, he sounds like an immature spoiled brat who isn’t getting the attention he thinks he deserves. You’re right–instead of criticizing you publicly, if he is so smart, where is his new lawsuit? He has done some good research, but then spoils that with his hysteria. Keep doing what you’re doing, Orly. I think there is a lot of professional envy and jealousy out there. Makes me sick and surely must thrill obama and company!

They are envious that you have more “intestial fortitude “and just plain Brass than they do. You see they didn’t have the balls to take it to Obama the way that you have they were in it most likely for the money/noteriety,not out of real passion for freedom and liberty as they have never experienced the loss nor the degredration as you have in your life Dr Taitz. Good question, Orly. Could it be jealousy? Why aren’t they offering their assistance? I’m sure there are many things they could do to help you, especially since they are attorneys. If they can’t do that, at least they can keep silent and not criticize.
Let’s face it…you’re beautiful; you’ve been on TV, radio and in Globe and other papers more times than they have been all put together; you have more plaintiffs and are far more exciting as an individual than those men. Because of that, you have more supporters, I’m sure.
They need to cast their pettiness and ego aside and face reality. United we stand in this effort; divided we fall. They could show that they are real men with integrity, courage and sacrifice if they would pitch in and help. At least let the rest of the world know that they are behind you 100%.

Leo Donofrio is a jerk. I was talking about this issue long before Leo ever heard of it. He had to pull his law license out of mothballs to present his case. I have listened to all of his rants on the internet and it is very unlikely he even has a friend because he always insults people. Everything is all about Leo. If it isn’t his idea, he’s not interested. If he had all the answers how come SCOTUS threw out his case and then threw out Cort’s case which really was Leo’s 2nd chance. Maybe jealousy comes to mind. Someone told me today the higher you get up on the ladder the more criticism you will endure. I think that your high profile has attracted character assassins such as demonstrated during the recent msnbc debate by them introducing you as “The Queen of the Birthers.” Orly you have taken some serious risks and you are admired for that by people like myself who support you, but at the same time you are disliked to say the least by others who oppose you. What Leo Donofrio is doing is ridiculous. We have to stand together and fight together to win this battle. There is no room for jealousy and that is what this is, pure jealousy. Orly, Phil promotes himself as the first to bring a suit against Obama, I don’t know much about Donofrio but I can assure you the work you are doing is hot. The important thing is to get rid of Obama because he is ineligible and to make sure that people quit overlooking the Constitution so much, but then, there is fame and glory here, too. There are pages in the history books. That is the thing that drives a lot of aggressive types where key ideas or works are involved. As much as a person doing the same work as you might share your goal, they want the glory and will be an obstacle to you hoping their work ultimately gets the recognition. This is all politics and part of the fame game that one sees in the arts and sciences, too. A lot of people are looking to you, I certainly am, and while your family suffers a bit and are concerned for you, at the level you are working it always takes that extra effort like you’ve been displaying. That kind of thing is very inspiring; you are inspiring. I believe you have your eyes set on the right thing where this nation is concerned and where freedom and the rule of law is concerned in western civilization. All I can do now is offer support and encouragement but you’re on to something big: you know it, Donofrio and Berg know it, everybody knows it. Now it is all about following through despite how so much more is forever needing to be done.

I do applaud Dr. Orly in the work she does. If these attorneys are so hell bent on getting Obama shown to be a fraud ,they should all get together and fight the fight. I believe Berg and Donofrio are just plants. If they were true attorney’s fighting for the people they would be hell bent on working the case brought forth. However, discrediting someone who is taking the fight farther then they shows they have no intentions of doing anything. I see Berg’s site has had no comments in months. If there are attorney’s out there who took an oath to preserve the constitution and truth they themselves would also be fighting. Our lives and freedom are on the line.
