So, you are more than likely right about the Flower Shop in California. I suppose Bill left California after he lost his license to practice law. Bill aka Foggy then moved clear across the country to the Raleigh area in North Carolina. From a comment I saw on one of Dr. Kates latest articles there is someone talking about Foggy’s WIFE, being the one into flowers and him sucking off of her.
 
So, Foggy/Sherie (his wife) now own a shop called Flower City: https://www.flowercitync.com/
which used to be called Flowerama: https://secure2.avrdesign.com/floweramaraleigh.com/business_accounts.htm
and you can see by this LinkedIn page that it is FOGGY by his pic: https://www.linkedin.com/pub/bill-bryan/20/67a/6b3

    Seems we now may have ourselves a level playing field.
