In a follow-up to yesterday’s report concerning the unseemly tactics of Leftwing operatives to malign conservatives, more information can now be released.

Conservative Examiner has learned that many if not most of  the masterminds behind the infamous ‘Politijab’ and ‘Fogbow’ websites are attorneys who are activists within the Leftwing extremist fringe of the Democratic Party.

And in spite of the group’s stated purpose of ‘counteracting’ claims by ‘birthers’ and ‘Tea Partiers,’ members of the group set out on a systematic campaign to wreak havoc on conservative sites by posing as conservatives, and then going on the attack against the Tea Party and conservative Republicans.

It has already been documented that certain Leftwing operatives have engaged in a concerted effort to smear the reputations of conservatives on Twitter.  In previous articles it has been proved that these persons have threatened Twitter conservatives with calls for their death and the rape of their wives and children.  Additionally, on a regular basis Twitter conservatives endure the personal attacks of Democratic Leftwing operatives to the point of watching as their private, personal information is posted for all to see.

One person in particular, one ‘Mimi,’ provided the game plan which involved a round-the-clock Twitter brigade charged with periodic smears against anyone who posted conservative material on the site.

Further, the members of the group are clearly in a dither over the information released in yesterday’s report.  A mere cursory look at this forum and its content will reveal that the plan of action is to attack the reporter rather than deal with the issues–a common ploy of Leftwing extremists. 

More information by investigators has revealed who, exactly, is behind the screen names.

The original owner of Politijab is one ‘Brian,’ who later transfered ownership of the site to ‘Justin.’  In time, however, there was a split in the group due to a conflict between Justin and certain members who were at odds over the direction in which Justin was taking the forum.  Rather than seeking a legal remedy, however, Justin agreed to give part of the Politijab database to ‘Foggy,’ at which time ‘Fogbow’ was born.

Investigators discovered, however, that Justin violated the terms of his own registration agreement in doing so.

Justin has thus set himself up as a potential defendant from ALL members whose posts were copied and placed in a completely separate website and owner.  While the two sites share a database, they are separate sites with separate log ins.  In addition to the forum posters database, he also willfully transferred the log in information of all his members to a new website to which he does not have ownership nor control over content.

Had Justin acted legally, he would have locked his forum and cooperatively linked it to Foggy’s new forum.  Foggy then could start whatever fresh threads he wanted, leaving Justin without liability for breaching his own Registration agreement.

While some Politijb members approved of this data transfer, no member was formally provided an opportunity to opt in or opt out of Justin’s plan to spread his hateful message without having to be personally accountable for it.  No member was given the option to object to the gifting of their personal data to another site.

But who are Justin and Foggy?  Investigators know their identities.

Foggy is an attorney-turned-flower shop owner.  Justin is a failed bank manager.  The other key player in the mix is one ‘Realist,’ who is an attorney working in the court system in New Mexico.

Conservative Examiner has also learned that a group of members of Politijab are interested in legal recourse against the forum for violations of their privacy which was supposedly protected in the original Terms of Service agreement.  Those who are interested in exploring possible legal action against the group can contact justinslegalproblems@yahoo.com.
