DC court of Appeals filed Petition for Hearing En Banc
Please, read my petition for en banc hearing.
The rule of thumb, the higher the bureaucrat is, the higher up the judge is, the more corrupt she or he is, but now it goes beyond corruption. This is an outright treason.
I provided the court evidence that Obama is using a stolen Social Security number and asked under the Freedom of  Information act an original application to the Connecticut SSN 042-68-4425 that Obama is fraudulently using.
The judges stated that it is a private matter and there is no public interest in the matter. For this reason the information should stay sealed.
I argued that one does not have an expectation of privacy in a stolen Social Security number, moreover there is a tremendous public interest in knowing whether we have a criminal with a stolen Social Security number in the position of the U.S. President and Commander in Chief. As I asked a rehearing, I asked for a decision En Banc, full court.
They stated that the judges of the court of Appeals did not show interest in having the matter heard by the full court.
We are now at the level of Nazi Germany. Flagrant high crimes and misdemeaders are covered up by the corrupt and treasonous judges sitting on high courts.
Short of a revolt, I do not know how can this be prosecuted.
  Try to find public appearences by these corrupt judges and try to confront them with questions, “what caused them to commit treason and allow a foreign national with forged and stolen IDs in the White House? Were they:
a.  threatened,
b blackmailed
c. bribed
d. all of the above?
Please write a criminal complaint to the DA of Washington DC, US attorney for DC, sheriffs around the country, demand immediate prosecution of Obama for elections fraud and use of forged and stolen IDs. Contact Darrel Issa, chair of the House oversight committee, Lamar Smith Chair of the Judicial committee, demand an immediate hearing for impeachment of judges of the Court of Appeals who are committing treason against the United States of America. Report them to the DC bar for treason and violation of the professional ethics. Try to get on radio and TV shows under any pretence and speak up and demand criminal prosecution.
Time to act is not. Drop anything and everything . the times are diire. You have to act now.
