    I guess Mexico’s President is high on some of that s**t they are sending to us across the border! This is why imbeciles should not be allowed into office. People refuse to learn from History. It hasn’t worked in Europe but they want to implemented here. I guess he is hoping for it to go through so the American Tax Payer officially support the Western Hemisphere. The cow at some point, is going to run out of milk. Screw them all!
