    We need to shut down these unconstitutionally social programs. They are NOT helping the people they were supposed to help, American tax payer citizens in time of need! I know, I worked for a company who handled Medicaid for N.Y. and when you have women with thirteen children and each child has a different last name, you know the program is a waste of money. I could be spending my hard earned money on my family.

I could be spending my hard earned money on my family. The founders clearly stated that Government is not in the business of Charity!
