    A jury has to convict first, I think, unanimously. And as there is no irrefutable evidence, it isn’t going to happen. Nor will charges be brought because even if the allegations were true, it’s all statute-barred.

    I have no doubt Jury will convict Biden and it is not barred by any statue

    18 USC says otherwise with various limitations of between five and seven years. And a jury cannot convict without irrefutable evidence. There isn’t any.

    Howard, there isn’t any for those who lie, cheat and steal in order to protect one of their own. Just like in the 2020 elections you and yours claim there was not election fraud but could you please explain to us how in some states there were for example 2 million registered voters but, 4 million voted? Giuliani presented irrefutable evidence in PA and GA and nothing was done, explain please? “The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but not vision”. Helen Keller.

    All 3, including Hunter as the 4th, should be executed for treason against the US. Why do we have a Constitution that calls for such punishment if it’s never used today?
