Request for investigation
Honorable Congressman Jordan,
Congratulations on becoming the Chair of the House Judiciary Committee. I am requesting your attention in review and investigation of the attached 155 pages file with evidence.
Firstly, as a licensed attorney , I believe that it is warranted for the Judiciary committee to investigate actions of President Biden and his top officials in allowing a spy balloon to traverse the United States and spy on multiple military installations. I believe there is a sufficient basis for the criminal referral and impeachment of President Biden and his top officials, involved in this matter for treason.
18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason
“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
Allowing a foreign spy balloon to spy on the US military installations without impediment represents “giving aid and comfort to the enemy.” Further, if financial incentives were received, which were camouflaged as million dollar payments for Hunter Biden’s “art” or Hunter Biden’s “businesses”, that may also call for prosecution for Bribery, Violation of Oath of Office and Public Corruption.
Similarly, Biden’s dismantling of Trump’s “Stay in Mexico” policy, which lead to an invasion of some 5 million illegals, many of whom came from hostile regimes, during two years of Biden’s administration might qualify for criminal prosecution for Treason and Violation of oath of Office for Biden, Harris and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.
Further, the attached file shows Barack Obama’s use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number xxx-xx-4425, which was traced to a deceased resident of Connecticut, Harrison J. Bounel. (Obama was never a resident of Connecticut and never had a legitimate reason to use a Connecticut Social Security number). There is a suspicion that the change in the Social Security records was made by the former actuary of the SSA, Harry Ballantyne. The records attached below show Obama using a stolen CT SSN while residing in the White House and it was posted with Obama’s tax returns on WhiteHouse.gov. These records originally were not properly redacted and became public knowledge. Similarly, Obama used the social security number of Ballantyne’s deceased mother, Lucile Ballantyne. Attached file shows fraud and forgery in other Obama’s IDs, such as selective service registration for the US military. Obama’s Attorney Generals Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch did not prosecute this matter. It is up to you and the Judiciary committee to investigate this matter and forward it to the Attorney General for prosecution for fraud and possibly treason of not only Obama, but also of all the high ranking officials who aided and abetted this fraud.

The real treason was in Helsinki, where Trump declared that he believed Putin over his own security services. That really was adhering to our enemies. Rather different to delaying in shooting down a balloon till it was no longer over built-up areas.

I agree. And it starts with Nancy Pelosi who is the biggest culprit. Therefore, she should be included in your letter to Rep. Jim Jordan.
It was Pelosi, who lied, by allowing Obama to be placed on the ballot, even though she knew that he was not Constitutionally qualified. She simply removed any mention of it on the ballot certificates that she sent to the 49 states.
However, the Hawaiian officials knew that Obama was not born in Hawaii therefore they would not accept such a fraudulent certificate. Pelosi, lies again by sending a separate ballot certificate to them stating that he’s Constitutionally qualified.
This woman got away with that, she was responsible for impeaching Trump twice and now the J6 set up against Trump. What more does she have to do in order to be investigated?
Therefore Dr. Orly, Pelosi should be added to your letter.

It’s a hallmark of banana republics that they try and execute political opponents. It would be sad for America to go that way over what are mostly policy differences. It also of course tempts fate because if Republicans can go that route then so can Democrats, many of whom believe, with reason, that Trump committed treason several times, and especially after he lost the election.

Every politician who votes to raise the National Debt in direct conflict with the U.S. Constitution and the Coinage Act of 1792 is openly guilty of dereliction of duty and deserves to be removed from public office.
No State shall make anything but “gold or silver coin” a legal tender. So when was the Constitution Amended to allow 31 TRILLION FRAUDULENT DEBT NOTES to replace the Lawful Constitutional Dollar?

The Indian embassy… linked above says that dual citizenship is not available in their nation, which raises the question on Nikky Halley, parents! Were Nikki’s parents CITIZENS when she was born?
Do we have another OBUMMER issue or not? And, What about Cruz, and the other same issue office seekers? Rubio, and ?? from Louisiana, etc. Did Nikky’s parents SURRENDER their India citizenship or not/

It won’t happen because Obama never used a SSN that wasn’t properly assigned to him. And if you believe otherwise there’s no need to wait. Congress is allowed to have access to any tax return. So Jim Jordan could investigate now.

Barker, As I said lets vet everyone first to prove their eligibility to hold the office.
Objective examination of the “factual evidence” should prove your point if you have any that can be validated.
I think Orly has provided more that enough to prove her point. So man up, and provide your objective proof. We would love to examine it.
