Letter from SSA shows an invalid application form for Ann Dunham

I received today a letter from the Social Security administration. It provided years when social security revised its forms. As you can see, there was no revision in 1955, however the form allegedly  submitted by Stanley Ann Dunham to the Social Security administration, shows on the bottom non-existent revision date of 1955.

As I provided judge Lamberth originally, Dunham’s application shows similar signs of forgery as Obama’s BC. If you look at the revision date, you can see that two numbers 5 are different, different type settings are used. Additionally, I provided judge Lamberth with examples of SS-5 forms, submitted in 1959, at the time this application was allegedly submitted. Those forms were different. All evidence points to the fact, that not only Obama, but also, his mother, Ann Dunham, used invalid or fraudulently obtained or forged documents. This is the biggest breach of the US National security, the biggest crime ever to be perpetrated upon this nation. If the judge does not grant my FOIA request, he will be complicit to the crimes perpetrated by Obama 

In about an hour or so I will publish a new subpoena, signed by the clerk in HI

    The only forms I have ever seen on the web were from 1956.

    if you look at the form, it says 1955. There was no form in 1955

    Perfect!
    “Misprision of Felony” is a big motivator.

    Now take this lesson and go after everything else you need to prove your case exactly the same way.

    You may want to word it next time something like “if you as an official, or any member of your staff fail to produce the requested documents then, each and every person that has not stepped forward to comply now having perfect knowledge that (a) felony crime(s) has/have been committed against the United States of America will then be complicit in said crime(s) as you will have failed to perform your required duties to take action that will assist or result in the prosecution of the person(s) who have perpetrated this/these crime(s) against our country as required under “Misprision of Felony” laws. You may be guided accordingly. I await your prompt response that includes all requested documents.”

    This is the beginning of the end of this fiasco. Congratulations!

    Dr. Taitz,
    Judging by the panicked, and typically uncivil response to this incredible accomplishment (and existential threat to the “President”) by this gaggle of mental diminutives, I would say that this subpoeana is the entire enchilada! With this single court order, Soetoro aka Obama will be finally exposed to all-but the hopelessly bereft of intelligence, as the fraud and serial prevaricator that he has always been…I guess that is what the Democratic Party found so irresistably intoxicating about him: a true Left-Wing ideologue who was truly comfortable in his own scales… skin, I mean. Reptilius vulgaris! Sic Semper Tyrannus!

    There isn’t enough clarity/resolution to make out the revision date on the scanned copy posted to the web. I’m assuming the copy you have is clearer. If the copy you have is more clear, it might help if you re-scanned and did the following:
    1) changed your scanner software settings to scan at the highest resolution (move up the DPI). Also, possibly other settings like document type.
    2) Make sure the glass is clean on the scanner (vinegar and water or windex)
    3) Scan the document in a dark room to help keep more light out during the scan.
