Justice Thomas is basically saying that John Roberts and 4 Democrats on the court do not respect the law and rule based on politics, based on the political outcome they desire

Today’s decision must be recognized for what it is: an effort to avoid a politically controversial but legally correct decision. The Court could have made clear that the solution respondents seek must come from the Legislative Branch. Instead, the majority has decided to prolong DHS’ initial overreach by providing a stopgap measure of its own. In doing so, it has given the green light for future political battles to be fought in this Court rather than where they rightfully belong—the political branches. Such timidity forsakes the Court’s duty to apply the law according to neutral principles, and the ripple effects of the majority’s error will be felt throughout our system of self-government.

    I’m starting to believe the rumors on Roberts. I hope that if they are true someone expose this piece of dung so he will have to resign. The rats really have something on this corrupt. DACA is NOT law and the same way obola got rid of every Bush mandate so can Pres. Trump get rid of every obola mandate. Someone needs to go to Ireland and do some investigating.

    Yeah, Roberts is the mother load of being helpful to the illegal man!

    There was a time he was doing okay!

    But now, where has he gone to?

    And why is it so that the President of the USA can’t fire that rotten, low life?

    Why can’t he just up and say/do this for the sake of the Union?

    Why did this idea get started?

    And why do we have to put up with this garbage!

    What makes these people so righteous? And why do they think they can live the life of luxury?

    This is absurd! And Trump should have the power to stop the left-wing in its tracks!

    Have the senate or congress (or whomever has the power) impeach Roberts and kick his liberal ass off the SCOTUS. We have had it with him. You can damn well be sure the dimocrats would get rid of a liberal justice who consistently ruled against them.
