    The corrupt will keep attempting to take away our rights even tho these issues have been solved already by the Supreme Court. Liberal Judges keep hearing these cases when they well know they’ve been solved and should be thrown out. They choose to violate their oath of office and the constitution they so adamantly claim to uphold! Thank God in this case this judge had some common sense!
    Murdock v. Pennsylvania
    319 U.S. 105 (1943)
    Government can not license a constitutionally protected right.
    Shuttlesworth v. City of Birmingham
    394 U.S. 147 (1969)
    Government can not convert a constitutionally protected right into a privilege and then charge to exercise that right.
