Morrison England is a POS. I remember, Orly, when you had the obama case in front of him in Sacramento. I was there in the peanut gallery, and I was appalled at the behavior of England (I don’t even want to refer to him as a judge). As usual, you had an airtight case against obama and his fraudulent takeover of the WH and our military. The lawyers for the defense (obama) were from HIS DoJ!! It was not legal for a lawyer that reported to obama to defend him in court!! Anyway, his lawyer (who was in a wheelchair, remember him?) sat quietly with his thumb up his butt while England acted as the defense lawyer!! He talked the whole time! England argued with you and wouldn’t let you speak hardly at all!! And the more England defended the POS obama, the more angry he got and the louder he got and the redder his face got, even though he is black. To me, he looked like the devil. When he finally let you speak, I remember he gave you 10 minutes — TEN MINUTES — to make your case and you had reams of evidence to present. He didn’t want to hear any of it. After 10 minutes, he pounded the desk and left the courtroom. Good that he’s retiring. He should’ve never been on the bench in the first place. No doubt he was promoted through Affirmative Action.
