“Plaintiffs argue that despite the fact that President Obama has produced a birth certificate from the state of Hawaii, there is evidence to show that the president was actually born in Kenya, thus making him ineligible to be president,” Carter wrote.

Judge Carter , you are a disgrace to your robes and should hang them up. There was NEVER ANY evidence presented to the court of a birth CERTIFICATE being produced from the State of Hawaii. All that was mentioned to the court was the IMAGE of a CERTIFICATION ( which is a suspect forgery ) that was posted on the internet. No claim was ever made that Hawaii vouched for that image.

    I am trying to remember something. It was at a hearing where the DofJ first made their motion to dismiss. I think I remember Justice Carter saying to the Plaintiffs that if he rules in favor of the Defendants, he (Carter) would provide ways where the Plaintiffs could proceed with litigation.
    If my memory is right, well, Justice Carter, where’s the ways you spoke of?

    The Certificate of Live Birth appears to be created using Photoshop. There are numerous errors and inconsistancies an expert can point out.

    The physical document that FactCheck.org showed to the press was much better but no independent examiners were allowed to view it.

    Hello: If you went through the criminal courts

    which Obama has committed fraud with SSN etc.

    this would not happen and the case would go

    through a lot faster and I don’t think they

    can interfere like they just did in this

    one.. Civil cases take too long in

    comparison. Take a different approach it

    might work. Have you considered this?

    The other thing Obama is going to put into

    place 63 judges..They can change the laws

    even about the qualifications of being

    President and destroy the Constitution per se.

    In my mind we don’t have a lot of time.

    Obama is moving at the speed of light and

    making changes every day. If we don’t do

    something soon it will be too late, in other

    words.

    He is a DISGRACE, a LIAR, like all of them, who sold our country, the American people, our childrens future, strating from the SCOTUS down to ACORN. What a shame.
