Jack Smith Wants Trump Convicted by Super Tuesday! I do not believe they can have the trial that quickly. Discovery takes time. I believe the trials will be after the election. If Trump wins the election, he will pardon himself in 2 federal cases, GA governor will likely pardon him in GA and Trump is expected to win the NY case, if not at trial, then on appeal in the Supreme Court

    A pardon can be preemptive so if a President can pardon himself, what’s to stop Biden doing that at the end of his term?

    There is only one difference. Trump’s charges are all fabricated on lies! Brandon’s charges are based on facts!

    The Constitution places no limits on what can be pardoned and pardons are granted even when the charges are based on facts. So if he wants, Biden can pardon his whole family. Less clear is whether he can pardon himself but if he can then it makes no difference if he’s 100% guilty.

    Election deniers? The Clintons and their staffs, the Obolas and their staffs, Stacy Abrams and her staff, every demorat Senator and Representative and their staffs. This without a smidgen of evidence contrary to the large amounts of evidence accumulated against Brandon. When are they going to be charged? In 2020, ballot collection boxes were illegal, ballot harvesting was illegal, counting after the the appointed hour set by legislatures was illegal, voting by mail was illegal unless you were working overseas, running the same ballots 10 to 20 times through the counting machines was illegal, judges interjecting themselves in the voting process IS still illegal, it’s called the separation of powers, but, all was allowed and well. more votes than registered voters in five contested states. The greatest voter fraud committed in the face of the American voters, and the LSM and FAKE NEWS did not find it worthy of investigating?
