It has been 52 days since April 27th, when I submitted my amended Motion for Reconsideration in my case of Taitz v Obama et al in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, no decision yet from the Chief Judge Royce Lamberth.
Good news- he didn’t deny it. He could deny it same day.
Bad news, I can’t start discovery and subpoena Obama’s Social Security application for that number 042-68-4425, I can’t subpoena his long form birth certificate from the Health Department until there is a decision from Chief Judge Lamberth to grant my motion. All I can do is pray and continue working on other cases and on my campaign.
In regards to an official contest of the Republican primary in light of fraud committed by Dunn. Election is contested at the end of canvassing, there is a 5 day window until July 11.
