Is there an interference?

Twice I was supposed to receive large checks from Cigna insurance company based on a court judgment and they allegedly disappeaed in the mail twice. The representative dealing with the claims in question told me that she worked for Cigna 18 years and it never happened even once, she was bewildred that it happened twice in my case.

I also sent by certified mail a large envelope with claims to a another insurance and the certified letter disappered in the mail.

I am wondering, what is going on?

    Seriously? Why not just ask them to pay by ACH?
