There is no information as to when Kamala Harris’s parents got their US citizenship. Her mother immigrated to the US in 1960 from India and her father immigrated to the US in 1961 from Jamaica. Usually people immigrate when they get their working visas or Green Cads. It takes 5-6 years to get a US citizenship after getting a Green Card. So, in the best case scenario, if her parents her Green Cards and not just visas, they could not get their citizenship until 1965-1966. This means that when Harris was born, she was a daughter of two foreign nationals, not US citizens, who were residing here on visas. For this reason Kamala Harris is a US citizen, but not a Natural born Citizen and should not be eligible to run for president. This has nothing to do with race, it has everything to do with nationality. At her birth she inherited Indian and Jamaican citizenship and has a split allegiance.

I agree. Kamala Harris is not a natural born citizen. Neither her father nor mother were U.S. citizens at the time of her birth. She is an anchor baby. Her family moved to Canada after her birth – a common tactic for people (like Ted Cruz’s father) who are unable to remain in the U.S. They eventually re-entered the U.S. from Canada.

Unfortunately, she has a right to run and win as we’ve been down this road before and noone cried foul or did anything about it and instead allowed it to occur. Anyone from anywhere can run and win now.

Here is no opposition, no organized political force wishing to expose the “crime too big to ever acknowledge” (Bob68). Just think about it.
1) The so called repoooplican party is no opposition. It acknowledged legitimacy of impostor Obama in 2008 and 2012 (despite all the criminal file on him you were ready to report in 2012) – an up to now. They promoted impostor McCain in 2008, and they promoted 4 (four!) their impostors in 2016!
2) Pres. Trump does not represent a real opposition, because he too capitulated on the 2008-2016 imposture and promised to his handlers to never touch it ever again.
3) The so called “Tea party” and other small fish such as Constitution, Conservative, and others so called “third spoilers” had never peeped a word about 2008-2016 imposture.
Therefore, whom are we to impress by shouting “Imposture!” again? All the above are willing annul the Constitution, or at least ready to swallow de facto cancellation of the Constitution by REPETITION of promotion of impostors more and more!

JD Collier, I disagree. I think the obama fiasco can be turned around and not precedent-setting because “no one knew” and “many, including obama, swore to his eligibility”. I think the argument can be made that if anyone with power to stop it (and we know there were at least 500+ in congress, but who is going to admit they knew) but didn’t, then it went forth without the consent of the people and against the constitution. I’m just saying, somehow, the precedent of obama must be reversed. Going forward, America cannot withstand such a precedent with every election.

It seems that a guaranteed receipt letter sent to her (and cc-ing all the media), informing her that she is not a Natural Born citizen, and that if she continues to take in campaign funds she will be guilty of campaign fraud, would be a good idea.

Well, the biggest way to get to the top of this catastrophy is to have our Patriotic (R)’s continue to speak out to the public when they go to various locations to speak to a crowd…
And then, bring up the illegal way some candidates (and name them as well) are trying to become 0 the 2nd, with lies, cheats, cons, distrotions, and any other type of “swamp speech” they can think of!
This needs to become a constant explanation to the public, to wake them up to the treason that has been vesturing for decades…
And get this info out to the public at least 6-months before election time!
And writing letters to the people’s forum might become a great way to spread the news to America!
