Important

In regards to the testimony of the 4 border patrol agents, the government is obstructing justice and has not given the ok yet for the officers to leave work and appear in court, even though Judge Hanen ordered the clerk of the court to issue subpoenas and the subpoenas were issues and served. BP agents were told to wait till tomorrow morning for the DOJ to give ok. The flight is tomorrow morning.
Further, while the government usually pays for the officers to appear in court and testify, they will not do so in this case and the union did not approve the payment either. I advised the border patrol agents that I would be willing to pay for them, however the last minute airfare is extremely expensive. I would greatly appreciate donations to cover the expenses of airfare and hotel accommodations for these 4 border patrol agents to travel to TX and testify before Judge Hanen

What BS that the criminal Holder DOJ would have any say in whether a federal government employee can testify about corruption in the regime.

Missing IRS Emails Exist After All, DOJ Says
Judicial Watch announced today that Department of Justice lawyers are now saying that all federal government emails are backed up, along with other data, which means that the “missing” emails of Lois Lerner and other IRS employees (as well as federal employees involved in other scandals) can be recovered:

How do you know that the “Border Patrol” guys are who they say they are? Have you checked their ID to make it’s not bogus or fraudulent or from Connecticut? They could be government agents out to trap you and put you in a FEMA camp.

The BP agents have been issued a subpoena to appear in court, they must do just that, forget the DOJ.

Eleanor,
With all respect, perhaps you should really get back on your ‘Meds’, as it seems you are somewhere beyond the Rim of Reality with your fears….

they are threatened by the agency with being fired and civil and criminal sanctions if they testify

First of all, their employer (US Government) does NOT have a say when it comes down to a federal judge’s order to appear in court, that’s bullshit. The Border Patrol agents should ignore the DOJ and get their flight arrangements booked so they can appear in court on time. The DOJ has no authority over a Federal Judge’s ordered subpoenas that were served period.
The Subpoena should say something like this’
YOU ARE COMMANDED
to appear in the United States district court at the time, date, and place set forth below
to testify at a hearing or trial in this civil action. When you arrive, you must remain at the court until the judge or a court
officer allows you to leave.
And now the part about them not being paid is also BULLSHIT, this is part of their job and they took an oath when they took the job from the US Government to uphold the US Constitution and the laws of our land. The problem is it’s going to be a conflict of interest between the CBP Agents and the Government of which is their employer, read this whole thing, CBP code of conduct, written by the government.

These four witnesses will appear and if they only to plead the 5th Amend. and will stay silent.
I would not buy anything (plane tickets, hotel money)etc. for them to appear before this Judge, let the Judge handle the outcome of their appearance in court, that is not your job. Do not worry if your witnesses will appear in court the Judge has delt with this a million times. It’s call a bench warrant for failure to appear.
Don’t be surprised if you hear that your witnesses will appear in court, but be surprised that they will plead the 5th. when called to the stand, it will be embracing for you that they are your witnesses. Please don’t get backed into this corner.

Video depositions and certified by clerk of court could also be made in absence of physically being in the court.
We can fly illegals for free – why not the BP agents

BP agents are whistle-blowers, DOJ and DHS do not want them testifying

Dr. Orly Taitz,
I have tried various times to send a donation to you via email, but even using different credit cards, I have been unable to complete the transation. Pay pal seems to be blookiing the transfers. Get after them. I want to pay with my visa cards, but they somehow get blocked.
Keep up the good work, Dr Orly, I’m with you 100%. Good luck.

Boy, if needed, I hope Judge Hanen comes down hard on Holder and finds him (if this is legal) in contempt of court for making these Border Guards to wait this long. And hopefully, this won’t keep them from being paid, as well?
